  We used Lifetime Roof for new shingles a few years back. Rob was very attentative the time our shingles were replaced. Fast foward a few years..we contacted Rob because the shingles were not correctly installed and because of this caused extensive damage to the wood on my house which costs us alot of money. He came and inspected and basically said there was nothing he could do because during the pandemic he had been hit hard. I understand that but he also had a lifetime guarantee on the work that his company did. In a nutshell, I would not recommend Lifetime Roofing. Seems like if there are issues further down the road, Rob is not willing to stand behind what he says when he sells you the new roof. I emailed him a couple of weeks later to followup and there was also no response to my email. Very disappointed in his service and customer service.

  1. We were responsive and checked out every detail of the roof. We have verified that the roof was installed correct and that any damages to the exterior trim was due to overflow of clogged gutters that existed on the house before we installed the new roof in 2017. The shingles were extended the proper length past the edge of the roof and there was no damaged plywood under the shingles so how could this be caused by the roof when everything was in tact? 2. Before we installed the roof there were a number of locations where the soffit was damaged and this was brought to the owner's attention when we were giving them the estimate for a new roof, including the areas that Lifetime Roofing is being blamed for causing. We would be the first to fix something if there was any signs that we had installed something or there was signs of water getting in through the roof. 3. At the time that we were called out to discuss the repairs that they had already made we were immediately asked for money. That's when they told us that they had paid a gutter company to make the repairs and that the gutter company had convinced them that there was problems and that they needed a very expensive gutter cover to correct the issue with the water. Unfortunately this is a way to take advantage of homeowners who cannot get up on the roof to check it for themselves. We really wish that they had called us to come out as soon as the gutter company made this false statement. 4. We truly wish that the homeowner would have contacted us when the gutter company made the statements about the roof to sell them the expensive gutter cover under false pretenses. We could have shown them that our roof was not the issue and saved them allot of $$$. Homeowners beware if someone is bashing another company's work when trying to sell you a product for your home. Especially when you knew the company was a reputable and honest company that had done the work. Lifetime Roofing would do whatever was necessary to mainta

  Highly recommend Lifetime Roofing! They took care of our roof issue in a timely manner. Rob and his team were so easy to work with!! As with other roofing companies we were not pressured into getting a whole new roof. Will trust all our roofing concerns to Lifetime Roofing!!
