  I understand your frustration, anger and confusion after hurricane Laura then Delta damaged your home. Lots of people feel the same way. For months I would get 20+ calls a day from frustrated people. You called a Few weeks after Delta wanting a metal roof. I take deposits for metal roofs when the wait time was set at two months. It’s still a two month wait if you call now and it’s been six months. I stopped answering your phone calls because I don’t deal with rude people at all and didn’t have time to keep repeating myself. I roofed right at ninety houses in six months (every one satisfied). I do my business right and I treat everyone fair and with respect. I understand why you filed a chargeback when the metal I paid for came in taking your deposit out of my account and why you fired me as soon as it went through. Makes sense you would do business that way. You get the materials for free and don’t have to pay me for tearing the roof off or installing the radiant barrier and lathes. I had spent five thousand dollars of my money on your roof and firing me means you don’t have to pay me. That’s how you do business. I don’t understand your complaint. I paid for your metal, radiant barrier, lathes and all the labor. All you had to do was pay someone to install the metal I paid for. Sounds like a good deal to me. You had to wait? I get calls everyday from people still waiting on a roof. I’ve been working nonstop fixing peoples houses that are still messed up and can’t find anyone and you try your best to disrupt my business? Makes about as much sense as your complaint. I wonder what receipts you turned in to get the depreciation check? I bet now I find out. That’s how I do business. Ask your lawyer why I should have to pay for your metal and labor. It’s your house no lawyer will say it’s ok to rip me off. I bet he tells you to pay me. Let this be my Notice of Intent.   Was given Mister Simoneaux's business card by a friend about 3 and a half years ago when we started noticing some water damage, amd we just already hated our old, dilapidated roof. Then, when another person referred me to this company, I thought, surely they're doing something right. So we gave them a call. They've Always dealt with my husband and I in the utmost prompt and professional way. Guided us, and helped us understand every step of the process and I couldn't be happier. Stellar team as well. Very professional and courteous. Roof is solid and the envy of our block; It's been 2 years to the day and not one issue with it. No leaks at all. Thanks, Mr. Simoneaux!!

  I've had this company repair/replace several roofs on different houses throughout the last few years. They are very professional and stand by their work. I will be hiring them anytime I need a roofing repair/replacement.

  Our property management company has used Simoneaux Roofing for well over 100 jobs within the last year and have yet to be disappointed. Brian and his team have been very helpful for both us and our clients. They have even gone as far as communicating with our clients insurance adjusters to assist with claims. We plan to continue using Simoneaux Roofing and recommend him to anyone needing roof repairs.
