  Brandon Phillips from 409 AC Group was here within 10 to 15 minutes of our emergency call. he fixed our problem, helped us prevent it in the future, and cleaned up any mess that was made prior to his arrival. We called a couple companies before 409 group and we’re very disappointed in how they handled emergencies. This company was calm, kind and reasonable. We will definitely call them again. Thank you Brandon!

  They were amazing! My AC stopped working and it was 87 degrees INSIDE my house. They got a tech (Raymond) to my house 2 hours after calling, Raymond got my unit running and it was all at a reasonable price!

  We hired the 409 group to help us move our heating system, they did an amazing job, they got the job done quick and especially Mathew he communicated with us properly and let us know when there was any issues. Amazing work, definitely recommend.

  AC at new home purchase was underperforming, Mason came out to inspect everything within just a couple of days and had an estimate wrote up within the same day for installation, etc. Unit was dated and not even the correct size for size of home and was constantly running. He made the experience less stressful and really had our best interest in mind. Explained everything that was found thoroughly, and got things ordered and job started and completed very quickly. Highly recommend the 409 Group for ALL plumbing, AC, or contracting needs!
