Rude person who answers the phone. Sometimes just hangs up. I cant speak doe their workmanship. But I would hate to deal with any warranty if their people are so rude

Julio, this is Sam, the owner of Roofing911. Thank you for bringing this to my attention. Our phones are answered by a third-party answering service, and professionalism and courtesy are expectations we hold them to without exception. I sincerely apologize for your experience and will personally look into the date and time of your call to address this matter. Please don't hesitate to reach out to me directly on my cell at 409-466-2577

Contacted them in order to evaluate a property prior to purchase. Agreed upon meeting the next day. They were informed up front that it was a 2 story structure and that multiple contractors would be coming out to evaluate. No surprises to them. On day they were supposed to come and meet received a phone call from Jonathon that it would cost $200 service fee to come to the location and provide an inspection. I wouldn't mind paying the fee, but changing the rules the day of appointment is not good business practice in my opinion. Will not recommend them.

Contracted Roofing 911 to eliminate a dead valley by placing a piece of plywood, that i still have, to create a sloped roof and flash for $1200. The bid was high, but I was willing to pay in order to eliminate my problem. Jonathan understood exactly what I was tring to do. When I came home, they had removed about a bundle of roofing, put down moisture guard, replaced the roofing and called it good. They did not install the cricket or flash anything. Now they are threatening me with a lien for $1000, because they did nothing that we agreed on. If I would not have been in the house construction business for so long, I would have never known. This is the type of roofing company I would never trust. They dropped the price because they did not do the contracted work. I was willing to pay something, but they were unwilling to negotiate and will not return my calls. Never again

I had attempted to schedule a quote after Hurricane Harvey for a roof check and received no call back or response. I decided to give some grace and wrote that off to the fact that all local roofers were overwhelmed and that maybe my number got misplaced and went with someone else. Fast forward to this week….I called to get a quote about some repairs needed on a roof. I received a call back pretty quickly and a gentleman advised me that he would be at my house today at 10 AM. I rearranged my schedule to meet at that time. It’s now almost 4 PM and I have no calls/texts/emails to explain not showing up. I called and left a message with what I assume is an answering service and hope to hear back from the owner. When I asked around about roofing companies, I had more than one person tell me that the same thing happened to them with Roofing 911. They called for a quote…got an appointment, and then no one showed up. This company had done a neighbor’s roof and did a great job in a short amount of time so I thought that I would try them out, but it’s not looking like they can effectively communicate. I understand things happen, and sometimes you have to cancel appointments, but a no show, no call is unprofessional and unacceptable.

Thank you for your feedback. Please accept my apology for any inconvenience we may have caused you. After significant storm events, its always a challenge as a small family owned business, to keep up with the high volume of calls we receive. Unfortunatley, both times you reached out was on the heels of these significant storm events. We regret any inconvenience we may have caused. We certainly try to help everyone who calls, but those who have trees in their homes or holes in their roofs take top priority. It feels like we are working triage sometimes...trying to save those who have more critical needs. We are blessed to be in a position to help others, especially with so many Covid-19 hurdles to overcome. We will continue to try hard to improve in all areas. As always we appreciate your patience, understanding and kindness during these difficult times. Sam Trevino

Had them give a estimate put money down they kept lying about coming out day after day. Material was here they just kept putting us off day after day. Sam Trevino even said they would be here the next day and didn't show up. They still have my money so beware. And everything you just said was a lie I have text messages from your project manager saying he was sorry for all the problems. You offered my money back after you failed to show up 5 times and never did. Your saying these lies because you were reported to the BBB. This is all your fault as a business owner lying to your customers over and over after you take there money. And when you post a bad review on his facebook site he take it off so he shows a good rating. So beware.

Mr. Kirksey, with all due respect; You failed to mention that we offered you a full refund on at least 4 occasions before you posted your review. When you received your refund you still did not mention, its dishonest and surreptitious to not make mention of that fact. You also failed to mention that the week your materials arrived was the very same week Tropical Storm Beta was making landfall. You bullied my project manager to the point that he was afraid to go back to your home. He is a 69 year old retiree who did not deserve to be treated like you treated him. Having storm damage is a stressful time. However, it’s not a good enough reason to be rude, use profanity, be disrespectful, harass, and it certainly doesn't warrant vandalizing my yard sign.

Hired them to put a tarp on my roof. They nailed some small sheets haphazardly. None of which were in the right spots. I was able to get an additional one put on but still wasn’t in the right spot. Spot hunting wouldn’t be much of a problem if they just used an actual decent sized tarp. The guy argued and was belligerent about everything. None of the tarps were effective in stopping the leaks for hurricane delta.

Thank you for your feedback. I'm sorry things didn't work out with the Tarps. It should be noted that Tarps are temporary and are not designed for Hurricane force winds. I did speak with the tech installing your Tarp. I understand your frustration, the tech informed me that you have the worse case of termites he has ever encountered, its a tough situation to be in. I've had termites in my own home, before you have anymore work on your home I would strongly suggest having it treated for termites.

Scheduled an estimate, nobody ever showed up or called me back. The women answering the phones are oblivious and can't answer any questions.

Mr Edwards, Please accept my apology for any inconvenience. I completely understand your frustration. After every significant storm event, we get overwhelmed with calls. I honestly can’t say how we missed your appointment; I can say that it was not from lack of effort. Please understand that we are a small, family owned business, and working 16-hour days, 7 days a week, isn’t new to us. We have a process in place to prioritize and help those who have leaking roofs/ dire situations and especially help our elderly customers. As well, it’s very common to go visit a home and have 5 or 6 neighbors run over and plead for help to fix their roof, its easy to lose track of time when your caught in that moment. It’s also common to miss 15 or 20 calls while we are inspecting and measuring a roof, not to mention we do not climb on roof if it raining or is wet. In any event, we would never purposely miss an appointment. Regarding the "women answering the phone" comment….My daughter usually answers the phone and is very knowledgeable. However, she just had our 2nd grand baby 2 weeks ago, so she will be on maternity leave until next week, I know when she returns it will be a big help. However, the new office girls are sharp and are picking things up very quickly. Hurricane Laura, Beta and the pandemic has created a very difficult and stressful time for everyone in our community. I would welcome and encourage patience, kindness and understanding from everyone. Roofing contractors should absolutely be held accountable, however, Roofing companies who typically do outstanding work should be given a little variance during catastrophic events for missing an appointment, mostly because of the sheer volume of calls. Non-local contractors will become the only benefactors when we get bad reviews for missing an appointment after a catastrophe! Lastly, with all the craziness going on around us, I feel like there is a tremendous opportunity right now to lift up our friends and neighbors, and f

Could not give me an itemized quote which the insurance requested. I don’t know why especially when he says he deals with them all the time. Makes you wonder. Would not answer phone. Called from a different number and he answered and then had excuses. Not professional at all.

Hi Jason, please accept my apology for not being able to meet your needs. After these significant storm events it is a challenge for our small family owned business to keep up sometimes. I certainly understand your frustration... if we said we would, we should have. In most cases the Insurance companies responsibilty is to send an adjuster and provide an itemized scope of work in a fair and equitable timeframe...its the law. We will continue to improve and to meet the needs of our customer. Thanks again for your feedback....Sam

They were quick to respond as soon as I first reached out. I have used them in the past on another property and recently used them once again on a new property. They did a reroof and it looks great. Cole is very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I didn’t need to worry about anything they took care of it all. Communication was great! Very happy returning customer.

We had a great experience with Roofing 911. The new roof was exactly what we wanted for our office and was installed when promised. Sam and his crew repaired some rotting wood and did an incredible job reflashing some tricky areas on our roof. We paid exactly what was quoted and they did a great job cleaning up. Will definitely use Roofing 911 in the future

As a QC, Multiple level 2 NDE inspector, and a FCR-NRC-TAC 25 289 RSO Assistant. I can say Mr. Sam is a competent enough person to trust, that he is for the well being of not only you but himself. I am skeptical when being recommended to specific people but in the end Mr. Sam, and the house inspector, "who was also pushed on me", recommended Mr. Sam, who gave me the trust that Quality Control is important and still exists. He never pushed to try and obtain business, instead stayed on the subject of Quality and that patch work isn't in his best interest unless it is properly needed. Joshua L.

My roof is over 25 years old. Had exposed nails a well as several patch jobs over the years. I call Roofing 911 and spoke with Sam. I had a bid in less than a week and a new roof the next. These guys are absolutely wonderful. They did such an amazing job. My roof makes my house looks new. I couldn’t ask for a better group of people. I appreciate Sam and all of his crew for helping me. Thank you so very much.

*UPDATE* Following the initial review of this company. I was contacted by the owner Sam to discuss the event below. He stated that is not his business practice and did not know why one of his employees created the story to charge for an estimate, and that he would be looking into it. He did take the time on a weekend to come evaluate the property personally. I appreciated the owner reaching out and correcting the issue. Hopefully futures occurrences like mine do not happen to anyone else. Call Today for Your FREE Estimate.. per their website. Contacted them to come and give an estimate and evaluation on property. I informed them up front that it was a 2-story dwelling and that multiple other contractors were coming to assess and bid. They agreed upon a date and time. The day of scheduled appointment received a call that it would be a $200 charge for them to come and do the evaluation. Called them back multiple times to speak to someone and got their voicemail each time. Would not recommend them if this is the type of business practice they operate under.

Roofing 911 is a wonderful company! Very quick to come out for a quote and scheduled the job for a few days later. A full crew did 3900 sq feet of roofing in one day. Our roof looks really good and they did an excellent job cleaning up. We are very satisfied with their work and have already recommended them to several people.

This company with their swift response and thorough service makes this company a stand out from the rest. Roofing911 is the PREMIER roofing business of Southeast Texas. Not only was my field rep, Cole, very helpful on explaining every step of the roofing process, but in addition he helped us get the best possible price on our repair. My family and I could not be more satisfied with how everything turned out. I would recommend this business strongly. THANK YOU, Roofing911!
