The critical reviews
The one and two-star reviews, first. These are what a star average hides, and they are the reason this page exists.
We hold no one or two-star review text for Silver peak Roof. That is not the same as there being none — it means our capture did not reach any. The rating breakdown above is Google’s own count and is the number to go on.

If you want a roofing crew that actually listens and does exactly what they promise, call Silver peak Roof. They handled our repair in Miami Gardens without any of the usual contractor drama or hidden fees. They found the source of our leak fast, took photos to show us the damage, and had it sealed up the same afternoon. Super professional and easy to deal with!

When rain started leaking near the chimney, I called Silver Peak Roof in West Palm Beach, FL. The crew inspected carefully and found cracked shingles on the north slope plus worn flashing around the chimney stack. They replaced the shingles, re‑secured the flashing, and checked the rest of the roof for weak spots. The job was rescheduled twice due to heavy rain, but once the weather cleared, they finished everything in a single day. I’m grateful for their effort — especially how Vanessa explained the damage clearly and walked me through the repairs.

Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 5 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 5, of which 5 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
There is not much data on Silver peak Roof. A short record here means our capture found little — not that there is nothing to find, and not that the business is new or inactive.
