  Brand new roof that leaks more now than the old one they replaced. Terrible. Do not hire.

However, after carefully reviewing our records, we have no record of completing a re-roof or any work under your name. At Salomon Roofing & Waterproofing, every project we complete is documented and backed by a full warranty. If we had performed your roof replacement, you would absolutely be covered and we would have already addressed any issues immediately. It seems that you have mistaken us with another company.   I requested a quote almost 2 weeks ago and no one ever got back to me until I called 2 days in a row. Now they said they will not be giving me a quote because they have too many jobs… I mean… I get it? But there’s better ways to word this …

  I received a proposal and have been trying to schedule for the work to be done and the company is extremely unresponsive. I wouldn't trust this company to complete the work if I can't even get them to put me on schedule after multiple attempts.

  Excellent experience, my repair was done professionally! After I called Salomon Roofing Customer service had 2 repair men to my home in 1 day! They were courteous and made sure the repair was done correctly. I would rate them 10 stars, and definitely recommend this company.

  Because we needed multiple roof surfaces sealed in conjunction with a large solar installation, we had incredibly difficult timelines to work with. Salomon did an excellent job working with us, contributed in a very positive way with ensuring the solar installation was just perfect, and were very professional. We believe using them was a great benefit, and I am not sure how many other companies could have worked so well with us, and the solar team. Thank you to Marc and Dany.
