Horrible, horrible, horrible service. Zero professionalism and zero competence. Bonus: they insult you in their language. Deal at your own risk with these nobodies.

Not a professional company. Will intimidate you for their own mistakes. Stay away.

Never do business with them! The worst service humanity has to offer.

Our family has trusted the Silva family for over 25 years now. Year after year we trust the Silva team to ensure our properties are well protected and have the best roofing works done to them. Great service when you need it the most. Highly recommended team.

Very professional and courteous. He did my roof in 2020, and in 2024 an inspector came to try and significantly lower the selling price of the duplex, claiming the roof had dents. I called Danny, who found it amusing because he remembered there weren't any dents, but he came back to recheck the roof for free. He showed me photos, and indeed, there were no dents! I highly recommend this company!

Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 16 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 16, of which 9 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
