Incompetence: poorly laid tiles, damaged window frames Arrogance: threatening landlord when you ask to fix the situation Deadline missed…other neighbors' stock piled on my roof without permission…a real nightmare

The roof was done in 2019 and the skylight was replaced the same year. The work is guaranteed for 10 years according to my invoice. Now, the shingles are cracking and the skylight is leaking. After several calls and a letter, I still haven't received any response regarding the repairs. Disappointing after-sales service.

I requested a quote; their price was close to the competition. Once the work started, the workers realized the calculated quantity of materials was half as much. The representative tried to make me pay the difference, but I refused. They …

Horrible experience. Lot of neighbours’ complaints. Roofstar damaged the grass, their team walked on non/clients roofs. They put garbage everywhere. Don’t deal with Roofstar

Called to get a roofing estimate for my business. Person on the phone wanted to give me a quote by seeing the roof via Google. I have 5 roofs on the building that need work. Finally managed to get an appointment for someone to come and check. If you decide to do business with this company, make sure you make yourself available to them at their leisure. Gave me 3 different appointments and never showed up. I guess their time is more valuable than mine...

I heared about them on the radio, I called them to come and check our roof if it is needed to be change or it can wait. They said that they will call me with in 24 hours and they never did.. I felt they wanted to give an estimation without going. I brought another company that was referred by a friend

I would recommend Roofstar to anyone needing roofing services based on their professionalism and quality of work! Gabriel took care of everything from the estimation up to the installation! He is knowledgeable, and he and his work crew are meticulous, efficient, and respectful of the property. The whole process was streamlined and transparent, with Gabriel providing updates and answering any questions I had promptly. The crew arrived on time, worked quickly yet carefully, and left the site clean each day. The final result was excellent, demonstrating their commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. Overall, Roofstar exceeded my expectations, and it's clear they value the trust their clients place in them.
