Very bad service. Never again. A disastrous job.

Hello Mr. Mallis, We have tried to contact you several times to understand what is happening, because since our last visit, during which we took the time to review all our work with you and conduct water tests, everything was in order with regard to our work, and we have not heard from you since. I would also like to remind you that we came to your new roof this winter for emergency repairs. The roof had been installed by another contractor, and he had not completed all the work. We pointed out certain elements that we considered to be non-compliant. We remain available to review all of this with you.
