We hired Signature Roof Repair to replace our old roof, add new gutters, and upgrade the attic ventilation from drip edge vents to soffit vents. Lucas was the most responsive roofer we talked with while getting estimates, and the pricing was very fair, which made the decision easy. We also heard about him through a trusted insurance agent who had worked with Lucas before and then chose him for their own home, which gave us extra confidence. The whole roofing project went smoothly from start to finish. The new roof looks excellent, the workmanship is solid, and everything was completed with great attention to detail. Since the job was finished, we have had no leaks at all, even during hot weather and regular seasonal wear. We were also impressed with how carefully the crew cleaned up afterward. They did a very thorough sweep for nails and left the property neat and safe. Overall, it was a very professional roofing experience and we are very happy with the results.

true professionals with great customer service, solid workmanship, and quality roofing materials. When we found a leak in our older roof, we called Signature Roof Repair, and lucas quickly arranged for a crew to come out the next day for a repair. After that, we learned a full roof replacement would be the smarter long term fix. We had hoped to wait, but after talking with lucas and hearing how careful the crew would be during tear-off and installation, we felt comfortable moving forward right away. Within about a week, the team was at our home in Walnut Creek and ready to work. They used tarps to protect the patio, plants, and nearby areas, and they took real care to keep everything clean during the job. Even with some afternoon wind, the cleanup was impressive and no debris was left behind. jermaine also checked in during the project to make sure everything stayed on track and that the crew had what they needed. The whole roofing job was completed efficiently, the property was left neat, and the new roof looks excellent. we now feel much better knowing our home is protected from leaks and the warmer CA weather. very conscientious team and easy to recommend for any roof repair or roof replacement work.

i want to thank the roofing team for the beautiful work they did on my house, garage, and shed. i love it! I chose this roofer because they are a local company in Walnut Creek, they offered a fair price, used quality roofing screws that better protect the rubber grommet for longer roof life, and provided strong workmanship and paint warranty coverage. I also liked that I could choose a textured metal roofing finish so it was less shiny, and the color option was energy efficient for the warm CA climate. lucas and Jermaine kept me updated through the whole roofing project. If anything needed attention, like the schedule or roof protection details, they were clear, honest, and quick to respond. They cleaned up well at the end of each day, and since I have animals, I really appreciated the extra care they took to keep the area safe from roofing scraps and loose screws. The roofing crew worked very hard and showed real teamwork. When they ran into a problem with the shed roof, they took the time to redo it properly so everything looked right and performed the way it should. That kind of care and craftsmanship really stood out. They also responded quickly when I brought up a concern about the landscaping, and it was handled right away. Overall, the crew and supervisors went above and beyond my expectations. I now have three great-looking roofs and real peace of mind for many years. I have already received a lot of compliments from neighbors, and I would gladly recommend this roofing company to anyone looking for dependable roof work and excellent service in Walnut Creek.

lucas was great through the whole process of replacing our roof and gutters with Signature Roof Repair. He kept communication clear, answered questions anytime, and even got up on the roof himself during the estimate to inspect everything closely. The final price matched the quote exactly and was much lower than two other highly rated roofing companies we checked with. The crew worked carefully, protected the property, and did a thorough cleanup when the job was done. the new roof and gutters look perfect, and the workmanship really gave us peace of mind. i was very happy with how smooth the entire roofing project went and how professional the team was from start to finish.

We called for a roof replacement after seeing their roofing signs around the neighborhood. Lucas came out, looked over the roof, and explained everything clearly. He was polite, professional, and easy to talk to. When the roofing crew arrived, they worked fast and finished the new roof the same day within just a few hours. The installation looked great, and they handled the whole job with care. They also did a thorough cleanup around the property and left everything neat, including the yard and driveway. We also appreciated the follow-up, since Lucas still checks in to make sure the roof and gutters are doing well. If you need roofing or gutter work, this crew is a great choice for reliable service and quality workmanship.

I want to thank Lucas for the excellent roofing service. He does a great job and always pays close attention to the details. As a real estate agent, I have seen him help many clients with roof repairs, roof replacements, gutters, siding, and window-related exterior work. He has also met with insurance representatives during roof inspections and provided clear drawings and detailed estimates. He is thorough, professional, and easy to work with, which has earned my trust. If you need a reliable roofer for a full roof replacement, smaller roof repairs, or other exterior roofing work, Lucas is a great choice and delivers quality results.

Among many roofing companies, Signature Roof Repair really stood out. After dealing with two very difficult contractors who left our home in a mess for a long time, Jermaine and Lucas helped turn everything around and brought our project back on track. We were very careful this time about who we trusted with our roof, siding, and gutter installation in Walnut Creek. We spent a lot of time researching local contractors, comparing their process, communication, and overall workmanship. We even looked at nearby completed homes and noticed that many had uneven siding, exposed metal, and rough finish work. That made us even more focused on finding a crew that truly cared about quality roofing details and clean exterior work. What impressed us most was the honest approach, clear communication, and professional attitude from start to finish. It was easy to see they took pride in proper installation methods, job site organization, and doing the work the right way. The finished roofline, siding, and gutters all came out excellent, and the whole home looks refreshed, polished, and well protected for the warm Walnut Creek weather. The workmanship was outstanding, and the entire experience felt dependable and stress free. We are very thankful for the great results and would highly recommend them to anyone needing roofing, siding, or gutter work.

The crew did an excellent job, and I’m very happy with how our new asphalt architectural shingle roof looks. The copper flashing details came out beautiful and really improved the overall appearance. Lucas, the job leader, was professional, easy to talk to, and took time to answer all of my questions and concerns clearly. I was glad he was overseeing the roofing work. Jermaine, who handled the project from the beginning, stayed involved through the whole process and checked in several times to make sure everything was going smoothly. That extra communication gave us a lot of confidence in the roof replacement. After a strong stretch of rain in Walnut Creek, the roof performed very well with no issues. I even went up into the attic to inspect everything, and it all looked solid and properly done. The crew also did a thorough cleanup around the property when the job was finished. I would gladly recommend this roofing team to anyone needing roof installation, flashing work, or related roofing services.
