  This company had their estimator come out, assess my house, then send me an email with the price of $3800 for everything. He never once informed me that this would be only 1/2 of the total amount, or that there was a link I needed to click that hid the total amount of the job. I went down to the location and was writing the check and signing the papers, when i FLIPPED the paper over and the Jig was up! They backpedaled trying to blame the estimator, and that the full amount was actually $7600. If I hadn't looked over everything first, they would've had me, and probably sent me to collections. I would never use a business that isn't up front and honest with how much the TOTAL is going to be, and instead try their best to hide it.

  At Siding Pros Of Idaho, we value all customer input as it helps us improve our services, but we would like to clarify a few points of this review to ensure there is no misunderstanding. When we e-mail out a proposal, it includes a link to view the entire document, which details the full scope of work, and the total contract amount. The email also lists the down payment amount required to officially schedule the project on our calendar. When a customer clicks on the link to view their proposal, our system sends us a notice that the proposal has been opened, so that we can follow up and answer any questions. When this customer visited our office, we could see that he had not yet clicked on the link to view the full proposal and had mistaken the down payment amount as the total contract price. When our office manager attempted to explain, this customer became abrasive towards her when she was simply trying to clarify the misunderstanding, so we gladly returned his payment. We have sent hundreds of our proposals to customers without any issues; however, we can see why there was a misunderstanding, and we will work to revise our proposal processes to make them clearer. But to suggest that our “jig” is to do our best to hide total contract amounts from our customers so that we can later send them to collections is quite absurd. We have been in business in the Treasure Valley for over 15 years and have built a stellar reputation by doing high-quality work, using the best materials, and providing fantastic customer service. We are a local, family, and veteran-owned small business, and we strive to maintain the highest standards of integrity in all our dealings. It is unfortunate that this individual is so quick to post harmful and baseless negative reviews of so many local businesses.

  Josh and his crew were great to work with. Good communication, very quick turnaround and clean efficient work. 4/5 stars for the painting crew. Very nice guys, good prep work and small details. But there were some oversprayed areas and a small bit of damage to our gazebo. Would use again, would recommend.

  Absolutely top tier customer service. I had a panel get blown off of our house during a windstorm. Charley and Jim were at my house in under 24 hours with a replacement piece that matched our house paint scheme. While replacing the piece they inspected and repaired surrounding panels to ensure that any unseen damage from the windstorm did not become a future problem. They were kind, courteous, and professional. If you’re looking for a company to stand behind their product, this is the team!

  I had siding that was damaged on my home I had recently bought. The front of my house had water damage and the back of my house had a hole in one of the siding pieces.
