  Will came out to my house on Nov. 15th to get some measurements for an estimate. I have reached out to him multiple times to get that estimate, to which he responded he 'dropped the ball on this a bit' and then blamed the subcontractors for not getting back to him. It's now Nov. 29th. If it takes more than 2 weeks just to get an estimate I can't imagine how long it would take to actually get a roof installed. I was able to get estimates from other companies within a week.

We did not ask for any family members’ phone numbers. During our conversation, we simply asked when the last time routine maintenance or an inspection was done on your roof, and you mentioned it had been a few years. With winter approaching, we recommended having your roof inspected every 12 months as a best practice. When you expressed the need to speak with your husband first, we asked if he might see value in a free inspection, and you mentioned you were unsure. I apologize if this came across differently or caused any discomfort. Regarding your comment about us “pushing 5-star reviews in exchange for free table items,” I want to clarify that our promotion at the home show was to offer a complimentary battery charger to those who signed up for a free roof inspection. You approached and took a battery without signing up for an inspection, which was perfectly fine, but we wanted to make sure you had a properly packaged item with instructions and a charging cable. We did not chase you down or take anything back; instead, we politely asked if we could replace the battery with a complete unit, but you declined. We never push for 5-star reviews—our goal is to receive honest feedback based on each person’s experience, whether they sign up for our services or not. In fact, you’ll see many of our 5-star reviews are from individuals for whom we performed a free inspection and gave them a clean bill of health, without them choosing our services. Your statement that we asked specifically for 5-star reviews is simply untrue. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and will use your feedback to ensure our approach remains respectful and helpful.   Very unsatisfied with the work this group provides and the pricing that they push to incur. Upon my first request I had been recommended to them via gutter group who told me what needed fixed and replaced. Indicated facia and the drip edge needed removed. This group gave me a price stating that they would do it for a certain price. After a while they came back that they could do it for a greater price to remove the metal drip edge. Afterwards they said they couldn't do it at all but never moved down the price. Their justification for keeping the price high was because they bought the "wrong" size facia board but it cost more and I had back and forth with them to bring the price back down. A year later the facia broke down and I called them to come back out to fix it as it being the wrong size and it falling off of the front of my house. They said they would call back for a reschedule and I haven't heard from them since. I do not recommend them as their work was poorly done and they left the drip edge pulled up but just broken around the whole house. Pictures attached

  This is company should to be avoided at all costs. They do not stand behind their product. Cole "the project manager" promises the sky and delivers nothing. And repeats that promise constantly. I have no idea how he can keep a job there with his dishonest ways. They attempted to repair my new roof twice and it still leaks. I had to absorb the costs for inside water damage and they still haven't reimbursed me 3 months later. Now, they tell me they're not responsible and my claim is with Owens Corning. Funny thing is Idaho Roofing is the only one I had a contract with. Clearly, it is time to retain legal counsel.

  I had a roof repair performed 2 years ago. For a grand total of $700 out of pocket, I was blessed with cracked asphalt shingles surrounding the area. I understand they need to lift them up to slide the new in, but I absolutely should have been told the shingles were brittle, or that they damaged the surrounding area.

  Bethany, this review is the first we've heard about this from you after almost 2 years. It sounds like there is another roofing company involved, trying to sell you a new roof through insurance. If you would like, we could recommend another company to give you a second opinion. It wouldn't be a company trying to sell you, just give you an honest assessment.

  I'll just leave these pictures here, you can make your own decisions about the quality, care and attention to detail. Update: Yes, tear-off can be messy, it can also be destructive. Removing the debris does not fix broken gates, trampled vegetable gardens. Also, plugging in microwave ovens, that cause circuit trips, leaving garage refrigerators and freezers without power all day should not be part of the roofing process.

  Might provide decent service (don’t know) but they WILL cut you off almost wrecking your car on their way to or from clients. Very POOR driving habits!

  These guys were incredible. They got the job done efficiently and it was cost effective vs other bids. Ben was very knowledgeable and honest, probably the most important trait to have. Polo and Emanuel were great in managing swift and quality action, we are happy with the result.

  I recently had Idaho Roofing Contractors replace the original 26-year-old roof on my house, and they were the best of the three contractors I reached out to for quotes. Andrew, Roy, and Polo were absolutely outstanding to work with, and the entire roofing crew did a fantastic job. They are incredibly meticulous and show excellent attention to detail, keeping me well-informed with clear communication and photo updates as they ripped off the old shingles, inspected the decking, and installed the new roof. The job would have been completed in a single day, but the crew discovered several new boxes of damaged shingles late in the afternoon. Instead of cutting corners or rushing, they purchased new materials and came back out first thing Saturday morning to finish the job correctly. Once the job was done, the crew put an extreme amount of effort into sweeping the entire property for nails with magnets. Roy even went above and beyond by running the magnets through my neighbor's side yard to catch any additional stray nails. Overall, I was incredibly impressed with their entire process, from the initial low-pressure sales meeting through the actual installation and final paperwork. The entire experience was smooth, professional, and stress-free. I highly recommend Idaho Roofing Contractors. I am confident that my new roof will last for another 25+ years.

  Aged and broken roof vents were repaired and replaced effectively. The work quality looks to be good and the roofer, Everado, was professional and pleasant. Additionally the bid/cost was reasonable and fair.

  I needed all six of my vent covers replaced due to the original builders using cheap plastic covers instead of metal. Ben came out to survey what needed to be repaired and provided a fair price ($2100.00). He even took the extra step to cover my missing vent cover until the repair could be done. Once I scheduled the service, Everardo arrived a few days later to get the job done. Everardo was quick, efficient, and very polite. I will definitely use Idaho Roofing again when the need arises.

  Perfect job ! Guys were extremely hard workers and finished job in one day. Ben and Emmanuel were wonderful to work with. Drone photos were taken as job went along showing me the progress real time. Ben followed up with an inspection and home visit to personally check that the job was completed perfectly.   After the HORENDOUS storm that passed through our valley, we noticed quite a bit of graphite in the gutters, & some raised shingles in places.Talked with Levi on the subject, & he scheduled Andrew to come out and do a roof inspection. While doing his inspection,& after, he explained everything that had happened,& happening with the shingles. Then he went in the attic to check for any water damage up there. Checked out our attic fans , but was not warm enough to turn them on yet. He gave us a “ GOOD TO GO” report , for now. Andrew was very cordial, & helpful in explaining the situation. When we need to have our roof repaired, or replaced , I’ll definitely be calling Idaho Roofing Contractors. Thanks Levi, & Andrew, Rick & Peggy Gray

  We had a fantastic experience with Idaho Roofing Contractors from start to finish. Will Doolittle was a true professional salesperson. He conducted himself in a very polished and respectful manner and always wore shoe covers when entering our home, which we sincerely appreciated. Polo, our Project Manager, was excellent to work with. He kept us up to speed on startdate changes caused by weather and took time to call and discuss a potential problem with our roof design. He walked me through the possible problems it could create, along with the available solutions. We agreed on a change order cost BEFORE any additional work was performed, and there were no surprises or unexpected charges beyond the original contract. The installation crew were equally professional. They worked efficiently, conducted themselves appropriately, and did a great job cleaning up once the job was complete. They even returned the following day to check for any missed nails, debris, or garbage. An attention to detail that really stood out. We are extremely pleased with the finished product and the entire experience. I would highly recommend Idaho Roofing Contractors to anyone looking for a trustworthy, professional roofing company.
