  Our roof had been leaking for a while and every patch job we tried just failed again, so we finally decided to replace the whole thing. Shinglow came out and confirmed it was too far gone for repairs. While weighing roofers around Tinley Park their number for a complete replacement was reasonable and they explained everything clearly. The crew took the old roof up and laid the fresh one in a couple days. Leaks are gone even after some rough storms and the attic holds dry at last. Should have replaced it sooner instead of chasing leaks.

  Shingles did a full roof redo for us and everything went great. Old roof was in bad shape and needed the whole thing redone. Crew was and knew their stuff. New roof looks tidy from the curb and we've had not one leak since despite all the rain fair price for the size of the job too. Good outfit to deal with.

  Started getting quotes after the last storm did a number on our shingles. Shinglow was the second company I had out. The estimator took his time, climbed up, and explained why a repair wasn't going to cut it. We scheduled the replacement about three weeks out. They called the day before to confirm and showed up first thing in the morning. The crew worked steady through both days, kept the site organized, and the office handled all the paperwork without me having to chase it down

  Roof replacement with shinglow went smoother than I thought it would. Asked a lot of questions during the estimate and never felt rushed about any of it. Install day the crew just got after it,no standing around. At the end we walked the property together and went through the warranty paperwork.

  Ended up using Shinglow after getting four different quotes for a full roof replacement. Theirs wasn't the lowest but the estimator was the only one who actually went into the attic to check the underside of the decking and the ventilation situation. He found a couple of small issues that the other estimators had missed entirely. The contract was straightforward, no weird language or unclear line items. Install was scheduled about three weeks out which lined up well with the weather. Crew worked a long first day to get the tear off and most of the new shingles down before any rain risk, then wrapped up the second day with the ridge and final details. Roof has been on through a couple of rough storms now and I haven't had to think about it once. That's all I really wanted.

  Shinglow handled our roof replacement without any drama. Estimator was clear about pricing, install crew was on time and the cleanup was thorough. The roof looks good and matches the trim better than what I thought it would. Glad we got a few quotes and ended up choosing these guys for the job.

  solid roofing work, crew was fast and cleaned up after themselves really well. price was fair and they actually showed up when they said they would which is more than i can say for others. would use again.
