My roofing representative was Justin. The roofing company was very professional and easy to work with. They walked me through each step of the roof replacement, answered all of my questions, and helped me choose the shingle color that looked best for my home. Even when the weather was very hot, they kept me updated by email and text about scheduling and the best time to complete the work safely. After the roofing crew finished the job, Justin came back to inspect everything and make sure the shingles, flashing, and overall workmanship met quality standards. He also let me know that if anything comes up, they will take care of it. I am very happy with the new roof and the whole experience.

We have hired this roofing team three times—first for a fast repair around the chimney soon after we moved in, then to add new roof vents, and most recently to fix a leak where the balcony connected to the first-floor roofline. The last …

I have known Ashton, Jaime, and Justin for many years, and they have always been hardworking people who truly care about quality roofing work. They recently replaced my roof, and I could not be more happy with the whole experience. The crew handled the full tear-off, installed new skylights, vents, shingles, and ridge vent, and made sure every part of the job was done the right way. They showed real skill, paid close attention to detail, and kept everything organized from start to finish. The roof looks excellent, the ventilation improvements were a big plus, and the new materials really upgraded the home. After the work was finished, they cleaned the property so well that you could hardly tell a roofing crew had been there. Very professional, polite, and talented roofers. Top quality service and one of the best roofing teams you could hire.

I highly recommend SF Roof Specialists. After I called, a representative came out to my home in San Francisco the very next day to inspect the roof and find the source of a major leak around the window and flashing area. The repair was scheduled quickly, and the whole process was smooth and professional. Ashton got right to work, handled the roofing repairs with care, took the time to do the job right, and cleaned up the area when everything was finished. It was clear they knew roofing systems, leak repair, and waterproofing very well. I am very happy with the service and would gladly call again if I ever need roof work or leak repairs in the future.

After the heavy summer storms, we needed a full roofing replacement along with new gutters for our home. After speaking with several contractors, we chose company: SF Roof Specialists, and the whole process went even better than we expected. Once the insurance approval was in place, everything moved forward smoothly and on schedule. The crew was punctual, respectful, and hardworking, and they clearly knew their roofing work. jaime and the other workers kept the job site neat each day, and the cleanup was very thorough when the work was done. A supervisor checked in several times during the project and followed up after completion to make sure everything looked right and that we were satisfied. We also appreciated the regular communication from the office about the next steps, materials, timing, and progress. We always felt informed and taken care of. very professional, efficient, and easy to work with. we highly recommend them for roofing and gutter work.

after a partial roof problem last summer, i spent a lot of time searching for a roofing contractor who would actually handle roof repair work instead of pushing a full replacement right away. justin came out, inspected the roof, gathered the details he needed, and gave me a fair price for the repair. the crew fixed the urgent issue and helped protect my home until i was ready for a full reroof. later, when it was time to replace my 18-year-old roof, i collected several estimates, but the trust had already been built. because of the great roofing service, honest communication, and solid workmanship i received before, i felt confident moving forward with them again. they earned my loyalty by showing up, explaining the roofing process clearly, and standing behind their work. this san francisco roofing company really cares about its customers, and it shows from start to finish. they offered strong value, a dependable warranty, and a hard-working crew that treated my property and family with real respect. micah, jaime, and justin made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. they were patient, professional, and even kind to our senior dog while the roof work was going on. excellent service, quality roof work, and a team that truly goes the extra mile.

i just wanted to say how happy we were with the roofing experience we had. My husband and I were looking at a metal roof but also getting estimates for asphalt shingles, and after talking through the options we decided on a shingle roof. justin was very professional, easy to talk to, and clear about the roofing process from start to finish. We had an urgent need, and he helped move the schedule up so the roof installation could happen sooner than expected. That made a big difference for us. Since this is not our full-time home in San Francisco, he also stayed in touch with progress photos and phone calls so we always knew how the job was going. The communication was excellent, the crew was organized, and the workmanship on the new roof looked very solid. He even offered to keep an eye on the roof after the install and make sure everything continued to look good. overall, it was a great roofing company to work with, and we are very pleased with the service, timing, and final result.
