  German came to us from Mr. Roofing for an estimate. He arrived in a Tesla SUV. First warning sign. While fussing with the gear on his utility belt he knocked our trellis off it's supports. Second warning sign. When we finished the walk thru I asked when we'd get an estimate. He said he wouldn't provide an estimate until we had other estimates!?? Third warning sign. After getting other estimates I emailed German, but no reply. Things that make you go hmm... Fourth warning sign. Ghosted for 3 weeks. German finally emailed us the day after we signed with another contractor. BTW we know the owner of Mr Roofing, Carlos and his family. Our kids went to the same grammar school and we served on the school's board together. I was really looking forward to giving our business to Carlos. We were 'friends and family.' Disappointed in German and disappointed to not hear a word from Carlos. Things happen for a reason.

Had I known you were disappointed, I would have welcomed the opportunity to understand what happened and see if there was a way to make it right.   Beware they are only interested in replacing an entire roof and not focused on repairs. Wasted a day and time from work.

However, as roofs are complex systems with many variables, repairs may not resolve underlying issues beyond the scope of the initial project.   Having been stuck behind one on the streets, If they roof at the same proficiency that they look at their phone while driving then they are very good roofers

  As my tenants said when they saw the finished job… “Eyesore” This patch was supposed to match the rest of the surface, which they themselves installed. As you can see It’s crooked, irregular, doesn’t match, and they even dripped all over the place!

We understand your frustration with how the repair turned out and regret that the result did not meet your expectations. The original deck coating we installed in 1999 has stood the test of time for 25 years, which I believe reflects the quality of our work. That said, repairs on aging surfaces, especially those with significant wear and fire damage, are inherently challenging to blend perfectly. While our primary goal was to restore functionality and protect the deck, we understand that the aesthetics fell short of your hopes. This is typically the biggest challenge with any repair or patch.   I appreciate you sharing your experience, and I understand how frustrating this must have been. This is not the kind of interaction we aim for, and it’s certainly not typical of how we operate. Our team did report arriving at the scheduled time and ringing the doorbell for several minutes, but it’s clear there was a misunderstanding somewhere along the way - and for that, I apologize. We’ve taken steps to improve our communication and scheduling process to help prevent situations like this from happening.   We contacted Mr. Roofing for roof repair in June, 2020, because the company was listed as Diamond Certified. On July 15, Ricardo, from Mr. Roofing, spent 45 minutes to an hour assessing the repair. We expected a proposal of the project and were told we would receive by the following week. We received a phone call from Mr. Roofing on July 20, 21, that the proposal was forthcoming. We heard nothing more from them and received nothing from them. Professional courtesy would suggest that this company would simply decline to propose, that was not the case. Ghosting potential customers is bad business. It is also bad business for Diamond Certified. I am less likely to consider any company listed as Diamond Certified. Mr. Roofing (Carlos and Ricardo) contacted me to discuss. They did not intend to drop the ball and apologized. I appreciate their immediate effort to understand my disappointment. I told both of them that I had been very impressed with Ricardo's understanding of our project and was ready to proceed. So not hearing from them was very discouraging.

  The team from Mr. Roofing was excellent. Everyone from the salesperson to the project manager to the on-site crew were all professional and diligent in their work. They provided the most detailed quote along with clear explanations compared to two other quotes that I received. Would recommend them for your roofing projects.

  I recently had a new roof installed, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From the initial estimate to the final cleanup, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. They arrived on time, communicated clearly throughout the project, and completed the installation with great attention to detail. It was a great experience meeting with the Salesperson, Ronnie, from start to finish. He was very friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the entire roofing process, answered all of my questions honestly, and never made me feel pressured. I had an excellent experience working with the Office Manager, Eloisa. She kept me informed every step of the way, answered all of my questions promptly, and made sure everything stayed on schedule. Her attention to detail, professionalism, and commitment to quality gave me confidence that my new roof was being installed correctly. The crew was organized, thanks to the Project Managers, Osvaldo and Ramon. The work was completed efficiently, and was managed seamlessly from start to finish. They take pride in their work and genuinely care about customer satisfaction. Siding was needed also. The roof and siding needed to be completed by a certain date. They coordinated with the siding company to ensure that the siding was installed first so that the roof would be properly replaced. The entire project was completed on time. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a well-managed, high-quality roofing project.

  Had a new furnace installed. It required a new vent through the roof. Mr Roofing had installed the roof a couple years ago, so had them patch the new roof penetration. They were quick, efficient, and worked around the schedule.

  Mr.Roofing was the best choice we made to replace our large roof replacement. Entire job, removal and install took a little under a week. We were told our roof size was larger than normal. Keep in mind this is also including the instalation of new gutters.

  Roofing & Gutter Project Feedback Review I visited the guttering and roofing project after completion and overall the work looks great. I truly appreciate the professionalism of your team and the timely response in completing the project. Thank you for your continued support and dedication. There are just a couple of minor observations: • Some of the gutter drainage pipe connections could be welded more securely to ensure long-term durability. • On the skylight area, during heavy rain, water appears to flow down gently along one section. It may benefit from a slight adjustment to improve drainage performance. Aside from these small items, the roofing project has been greatly improved and is now ready for service. The overall workmanship, communication, and coordination throughout the process were excellent. It was a great experience working with your roofing company, and I would confidently recommend your services to other sister churches and organizations based on our positive experience. He was able to overcome resistance from the Warrantor and secure our coverage in an urgent situation. Eloisa secured an excellent installer team that delivered extraordinary service on a Saturday.
