  This is the work Schmidt roofing did for me . They asked for a review before I even saw the work and they did it in the winter annd I never got to see it till summer. Sadly I trusted them that they did a good job. When I complained it took a long time before they would annswer me but when I sent my pics to them they came out and promised it would get fixed soon. They will not get back to me angain. The facia is wavy, not even attached in some places , piece medaled and looks horrible like I did the project myself and they stole all my cedar wood framing the inside of my old windows and left the new ones completely undone. The facia is wavy and not attached correctly and the roof was put on moldy wood instead of replacing the bad wood as promised. I’ll be contacting the Bbb and the attorney general next .

  I had a situation where i needed a roof replaced quickly as my house sold sooner than expected. I had an issue with my insurance company and when I called Schmidt Roofing for assistance, Andrea answered. She had helped me earlier in the roof replacement process as well! Andrea was very informative, empathetic, knowledgeable, reassuring and went above and beyond to make sure I knew the process on Schmidt's end. I highly recommend Schmidt Roofing as anyone I've encountered during this process has been top-notch! Thank you!

  I had hail damage and I had my windows replaced siding and my roof all done by "Schmidt roofing" and they went out of their way to help me out and work with my insurance company to get what was coming towards me I would highly recommend , "Schmidt Roofing" for any of your household repairs needing to be done!!

  Roof and some windows were replaced due to hail damage. Very pleased with the final results and the professionalism of the workers. Not quite certain of the pace of installation, but it seemed to be much faster than I had expected. Cleanup was thorough. I would highly recommend Schmidt Roofing.

  The father/son team that came out to do our roof repair were very cordial, courteous and efficient. They did a great job and once they were done, you couldn't even tell They were here, with the exception of a great looking new roof cap!

  My wife and I purchased a new property with 3 roofs that desperately needed replacing. Darrin Schmidt gave me a very fair bid even though he knew that the roof was going to require some extra repair. Working with half log siding is not the easiest thing but Alberto and his crew were fantastic. They ended up replacing 25 sheets of plywood across 3 buildings with precision. The crew worked very hard to complete the job and did an excellent job cleaning up all the roofing debris. Joey was very responsive with communications and flexible with our schedule. Zach, the regional superintendent, was very knowledgeable about how to fix everything and convey that to the amazing crew. I would highly recommend Schmidt Roofing.

  They replaced our roof in a timely manner, and the workers were all very professional & fun to work with. They went above and beyond when it was discovered the roof had more problems than anticipated. They fixed those too and prevented leaking into our townhome units. Good Job Schmidt Roofing!
