  They didn’t even bother calling me back. I was referred to them and wanted some work done but they obviously don’t care if they can’t even call a customer back. Very unprofessional.

  When we got hail last year, we called a local contractor, and they told us to file an insurance claim. The contractor didn’t come when the insurance adjuster inspected our house, nor did they take pictures during their initial inspection. We got denied, even though all of our neighbors were approved for new roofs. Then Charlie and Exterior Pro got involved. They came to my house promptly and did their own inspection, including a detailed report. After finding plenty of damage, they had us call for a second inspection. They actually showed up when the insurance adjuster was there and helped us get our claim approved! It would have never happened without Charlie and Josh. Thank you Exterior Pro!

  Eric reached out to me while he was on vacation. He scheduled a time to come and look at the project and showed up at the expected time. The installation crew was professional and cleaned up after themselves in the manner that would be expected. It was cleaner when they left then when they came. The installation was flawless and Eric came back to ensure that everything was done to expectations. Great crew, great product, and he stuck to his word! I'm updating my review a few years later. I had some closure strips that were coming out. I contacted exterior pro and Josh and McKenna we're very prompt to respond. They got a gentleman out here right away to fix the problem. Did not charge me for the call or the material. This is the most reputable company and the best customer service I've ever experienced in the brainerd lakes area. They have a ton of integrity and stick to their word about ensuring that the product they put on your roof is quality and will last.A lot of the service providers in this area could learn alesson from exterior pro on how you keep customers.
