Only if your house meets the minimum requirements for size. Our 750 square foot home plus two car garage did not meet their interest.

Sargent Roofing installed a new roof on our home in March of 2024. Their pricing, communication and service was spectacular. They left our property very clean afterwards and our home looks great.

Sargent Services were on time, thorough, informative and very professional with replacement part of my gutters to address leak over my porch. Chet, the sales guy, took his time to get to the problem core, explained everything to us and gave us very reasonable price. He always immediately returned my calls, even after work hours and after the job was completed and paid off. Anthony and his crew were very polite. They worked hard, did very good job, and the latest rain convinced me - the problem got fixed. Anthony and BT informed me through the process about their plan how to fix the issue. BT suggested better way how to direct downspout extensions and did it beautifully. We decided to reuse old downspouts. So the guys painted them, and they look like brand new. I had great experience with Sargent.
