  A few issues, my mother had to get the steps and porch done on the house I rent from her. The coating on the bottom step is chipping off and the top step is cracking away from the porch. The other issue is that they did her driveway. They did not cut one part all the way down and now it is cracking. I sent pictures to the office manager and a guy came out and looked at my porch and said that all that is normal. How can chipping and cracking of a maybe two month old porch be normal?? I have no faith in this company especially what they did at my moms house. I am not sure if the SCS city inspector can help, because this is not normal.

  Do not hire Lighthouse Exteriors. After the job was “completed,” we ran into problem after problem with the work, and getting anyone to respond has been nearly impossible. Calls go ignored. We were told things that turned out not to be true, and Martino repeatedly made promises he never kept. Dishonest, unresponsive, and not worth the money. Take your business elsewhere.

  This is a horrible concrete company, the concrete will crack after a few months and they will ignore your calls when you confront them about it. They keep changing their company name because they’re aware of the scam they're running. Do not waste your time and money with them.

  Don’t trust this company they did the worst job on my driveway and porch. Patting ,stains appeared everywhere after 6 months only. Tried calling them for a year now to resolve the issue but they didn’t do anything and they blamed it on the weather . Bad communication

  Lighthouse recently installed a new roof on my home and it looks great. The job was completed in 1 day and the workers were very professional and curtious. Everyone I dealt with at Lighthouse were great people. I would recommend them if you need a new roof.

  They did a great job on the concrete project. It was a small one, we thought, but they treated it just the same as if it were a big one. As weather did or did not cooperate, the office kept us informed as to when they would be out. I will use them again if and when needed. I couldn't add any photos through this review though.

  I had water in my home after a few days of very heavy rain. I feared the worst (large project). The owner came out, checked our attic, and roof and told us it wasn't anything to be concerned at right now. Told us to watch a few areas of our flashing for future fix to keep water out. Great job, so friendly and honest. I'll call them again for any future work needed. Iron Mike

  Great contractor that puts a lot of effort into communication and getting the our siding project done correctly. Eric, Kirk, and the site foreman James all did a nice job of working through any difficult details to make sure everyone was on the same page with my expectations. Project turned out great and looks fantastic. Thanks to the Lighthouse Team!

  I had James Hardie siding installed, and the whole team was excellent. Martino runs a solid company, and Yousif was honest and clear throughout the sales process. Justin’s workmanship top-tier amazing work, And Eric kept everything organized and on schedule the house looks great and the experience was smooth from the start to finish highly recommend

  Sales representation was professional and not high pressure. Support staff is on top of unforeseen issues. Installers very skilled and polite. Worked in bitter cold weather and got the job done.

  The crew that serviced my home was terrible. The first day they loaded our dumpster up with someone else's garbage and said we did it. They also peed in the second dumpster, and deposited their alcohol bottles at the end of the job. They spoke no English, so I either had to rely on Google Translate, or tell someone else, who told them what needed to be done. They stepped all over the flowers and plants next to our garage, and damaged the siding. We had to have them come out multiple times to fix work that had been done incorrectly, eventually the Project Manager was the one coming out because we no longer wanted the crew at our home. The house turned out great, didn't have the best experience during everything.

  We had some siding blow off our home during high winds in the middle of winter. I called Lighthouse and they immediately sent Yousseff out to access the damage and determine what repairs were needed. He was on time, very professional and thorough. This visit was quickly followed by Kaleb who was also on time, and knew exactly what to do. He worked through temperatures and wind chills near -0- to replace and fix the damage. When finished the area looked brand new. I would highly recommend Lighthouse Exteriors.

  After a small snafu with the appointment time Brendan came out and really sold us on this company. He is very knowledgeable but not pushy and very personable. We ended up going with them the same day because they could give us immediate quotes and helped with financing questions and great competitive rates. He spent plenty of time with us answered all our questions never felt rushed. We would recommend this company to our friends and family. If Brendan didn’t have the answer he called his boss tayler and he responded immediately. Great customer service.
