  NEVER again would I use their services or recommend them at all !!! First problem was the day they were supposed to show up to do it somewhere between nine and 11, no call no show nothing till around 1:30 when I finally made a phone call it was informed that they weren’t going to be there that day due to “ issues “ I took a personal day off work for this which I did not get paid for as I’m saving it for my vacation! And on top of it had to pay a contractor to cover me while I wasn’t at my work that came out of my budget at work! Then to make matters worse when installer got there ( awesome kid by the way, I would use him again for any of my next projects or anybody else I knew that needed help ) the following Saturday he realized that the salesmen made a “ unfortunate “ mistake and basically mis measured square footage, and was quoted one amount and I financed it already they were $4500 off ! The owner of Pro services Tim called me and said he’d give me a deal and only charge me $1700 for their mistake THEY MADE which I had to pay out of my pocket because the financing was already done, so NEVER AGAIN will I use them or recommend them to anybody ! And it’s too bad I’m having a new roof and all new siding put on and spray insulation installed my walls this spring they could’ve had a nice job, but they hadn’t pulled that crap with me ! I will, however contact their Insulation contractor they used like I said great kid did a great job!

  I was referred to by the inside/outside guys. My first attempt at an appointment fell through because "It wasn't posted and scheduled". My second attempt got me an appraisal date and time but before the estimator came out, he called and cancelled saying "We only do complete roofs." Not my idea of home improvement. Bad recommendation. I mailed Ken at Inside/outside guys to let him know.

  Weird sales tactics. I’m not going to go into detail because it’s eerily similar to the other negative reviews, some dating back several years. Appreciated the free quote, but be careful not to mention getting any other quotes as the mood changed very quick during the hour long sales pitch once I mentioned it. Had another guy come out same day for gutter quotes, literally 350% (not kidding) cheaper for the same job. Maybe Pro Home’s stuff is that much better, but I don’t know if it’s lined with gold or what. My advice, shop around if you don’t need the work done immediately.

  Rating is based solely on experience with the salesperson. This was the second quote we got for installing new gutters and gutter guards. Salesperson was very knowledgeable but incredibly pushy. He also overestimated the amount of gutters we need. (We measured ourselves and got 3 other quotes, all of which measured way under what he did.) It was nice to learn about the company during the sales pitch, but it was a little too much, especially since I heard it twice as my partner had to take a work call and salesperson felt it was necessary to give him the company history as well when he got back. He claimed that the bracket PRO uses is one that they solely use, which is 100% not true as every ther company we’ve talked to uses the same style. When presentation was done, we were given our quote, which seemed at least $1000 over what we were expecting based on talking to friends who recently had their gutters redone. Salesperson then knocked down the price slightly, tried to say that their product is way better, especially with their guarantee, and we need to spend that money to get the best value for our house, etc. After saying multiple times that we were not ready to commit that day because we were shopping around, price was knocked down again and we were again told that this product is superior. We were even pressured to use their financing system, even after explicitly saying that we want to have the cash up front and not have a payment plan. (Salesperson went so far as to say that we should be able to afford this just fine because my partner is an engineer and he knows how much engineers make. 🙄) After probably a good 30 minutes of him trying to haggle, we finally were able to get his contact info and send him on his way. TL;DR seems like a great company but salesperson was far too pushy and price for gutter installation was very inflated.

Obviously in this instance that part of the scheduling was missed.   I recently had Pro Home Improvement complete siding, trim, and gutter work on my home in Detroit, and I couldn't be happier with the results. From the very beginning, the entire process was professional, organized, and stress-free. Yvette, the sales representative, was knowledgeable and helpful, taking the time to answer all of my questions. Justin, the project manager, was outstanding throughout the project. He kept me informed every step of the way, provided regular updates, and ensured everything stayed on schedule from start to finish. The siding crew was equally impressive. They were punctual, professional, and clearly took pride in the quality of their work.   Very happy with pro home improvement. I have new gutters with 25 year warranty. Very easy to work with had installation setup in less than a week. installation was done n few hours. I would recommend this company for anyone needing gutters.
