The critical reviews
The one and two-star reviews, first. These are what a star average hides, and they are the reason this page exists.
We hold no one or two-star review text for Sandflat Roofing. That is not the same as there being none — it means our capture did not reach any. The rating breakdown above is Google’s own count and is the number to go on.

Part of my roofing was peeling up on a two story building after a storm. I was very worried with more rain expected the same afternoon. Being a Sunday and out in the country there weren't too many businesses open and I was stressed! I was treated very kindly and they were able to get out and fix it before it rained on a Sunday afternoon! I would definitely recommend Sandflat Roofing and hire them again when needed! Good people, great job!

My 20 year old metal roof needed maintenance. Dillon, the owner of Sandflat roofing gave me a good price and excellent service. I highly recommend him for all your roofing needs.

Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 9 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 9, of which 8 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
There is not much data on Sandflat Roofing. A short record here means our capture found little — not that there is nothing to find, and not that the business is new or inactive.
