House was bought with new roof installed in 2019 front needed to be heated down and the owner begrudgingly said he would come and fix it in a week after complaining about how the warranty was up and never did! Customer service very poor …

Fortunately there is 2 sides of the story. In the great state of Arizona they set a term of 2 year labor warranty on all contractors and this issue had far exceeded the warranty. This guy just wanted to pass judgement and place blame. After reading his demeanor I stated to him that I would come and re-weld the expansion break on his torch down. Unfortunately my wife Thursday night started to feel pain and had emergency surgery on Friday morning and was released on Monday morning. During this time, when he called on Friday, my daughter told him my wife was in the hospital. Monday came and I read his review. He told us not to come. Here's one thing I am confused on his story, when you have realtors that make a commission, they are suppose to protect you and they failed him. Another thing is, a home inspector is hired to find any issues with the home. Which this company failed him. We do this professionally everyday. We try to do everything we possibly can to help our community with their roofing needs, but at the end of the day, before you buy a home there are phases that you go through to protect you. To the customer that posted this review, I apologize that my families heath issue was an inconvenience to you.

Very disappointed with this company. On first appointment for estimate, they showed up 30 minutes after the scheduled window (12-5) and disrupted tenant's dinner. Then said they called and told me they were running late. I never received …

We tried to use this business, referred to us by Rebath who discovered a leak in our house (thankfully not major, but with current wind and rains it could get much worse). Brenner was to stop by and give us an estimate, but said they …

Truly apologize for the missed service call with no return call due to a family medical emergency. There was a few customers in our schedule that we did not call. My apologies for this inconvenience.

What a waste of your time. They gave us the runaround for over a month. At first we excepted the medical excuses but when they never showed up after we waited a whole month and planned our work schedule for the day they were going to come they never showed up so we called and they said they decided to satellite measure the house. I wonder if they actually show up on time and are capable of even getting the job done. Thanks for wasting our time.

They never showed up after repeated requests. They obviously have too much business and don't need more customers. Would stay far away from this company.

Missed 2 appointments in 1 week. As another reviewer said, they are not wanting any new clients. Not very impressive.

We have done several jobs for this facility. The job happened to be out of town and I was 30 min behind schedule. Had my secretary call him. He was rude to my staff. We try to do the best we can for everyone. We are only human.

I had a windstorm lift up my patio cover and was able to get Brenner's Roofing to come out and take a look and schedule an appointment within the week. They had taken care of the necessary permits needed for the job prior to the appointment. After replacing my patio cover, my patio and my yard was the same as before they had arrived. They did an amazing job on my patio cover and most importantly they cleaned up after themselves. My patio cover looks better than the one I had! I would definitely recommend Brenner's Roofing for any roofing needs! Thank you for a job well done!

This is the 5th time I've used Brenner Roofing for a job which says a lot (Roof inspection, new roof installation, roof repair, resealing vents and skylights, and a facia wrap. They do high quality work, reasonably priced, and they are reliable which is hard to find.

Brenner roofing is a very professional company!! They put a new roof on my house and did a great job. When I put on an extension patio and needed a roof Mr. Brenner recommended a local small business who were very affordable and got the job done in just a few days then Brenner Roofing came over when it was done to put the roof on. We under some time constraints but they got it done quickly. I would highly recommend Brenner Roofing and will use them again!
