Very poor customer service. I was to get a quote, they were scheduling me for gutters. Them they decided not to do it. I do not recommend them due to poor customer service.

7/2/2022 I had them out to give an estimate on our 2 outbuildings. Tech was smoking in front of me. A week Later Cliff (owner) gave a bid, and I paid 1/2 down as is required. Tech showed up and said Where's the power - (we have a 200 acre ranch and not every inch is near an outlet.) No power there, and he packed up and left. Later that week I called Clifford who told me to rent a generator. While on phone I said Forget the second outbuilding as it had integrated gutters already and tech didn't want to mess with that, just please do the one big outbuilding. A week went by, Clifford texted me 'we are not doing your job' and that was that. Hope to get my deposit back. Would never recommend. He's cranky, unprofessional, and a no show.

Exceptional customer service and professional install! Love our sleek European style box style gutters. From start to finish Sue and Cliff had great communication. Installers left the site clean and did the little extras that homeowners appreciate. It was really nice to have a variety of gutters styles to choose from. The modern options blend right into the style of our home. Will definitely recommend!

Taylormade Gutters personnel were very professional and hardworking. They arrived at my home and immediately began the job. The job was completed within a few hours and it looks great. The customer service was also outstanding. We are fortunate we selected your company. THANK YOU!

Taylormade Gutters made our ONE gutter and downspout on-site and installed it (thanks Mark and Jerry) in about an hour! From the free ESTIMATE with Cliff (the owner) and scheduling and payment with Sue (in the office) to the installation, the process was clear-cut with excellent communication and a fair price. It looks great too! Cliff came with dozens of color samples to match or complement the existing house color. I highly recommend Taylormade Gutters!

Sue was very responsive and cheerful to work with. They honored my quote after 6 months and accommodated a change in design. The result looks very professional and matches our existing gutters. I'm eager for rain to try them out and fill our rain barrel.
