  Great experience! They were professional, responsive, and took the time to answer all of my questions and explain everything clearly. I appreciated the communication and the photos of the completed work. When I had a question afterward, they were quick to talk it through with me and make sure I understood everything. Very happy with the service and would definitely recommend them.

  I don’t leave reviews very often, but Matt with Samurai Roofing absolutely deserves one. From the very beginning, he treated us with honesty, respect, and genuine care. You can tell he truly takes pride in his work and actually cares about making sure his customers are happy—not just getting the job done. Matt went above and beyond throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer all of our questions, never made us feel rushed, and made sure we were completely satisfied every step of the way. It’s honestly refreshing to work with someone who has this level of integrity and customer service these days. If you’re looking for a roofing company that stands behind its work and an owner who genuinely cares about his customers, I would highly recommend Samurai Roofing.   I first met Matt several years ago when I had returned home and discovered extensive damage done to my roof by tenants who were supposed to be monitored by the property management company I had hired while I was out of state. I did not contact Matt first but met him after the fact and another company had already botched those repairs. Matt was very honest and saved me a lot of money. Honest men are hard to find in any profession these days. I kept Matt's number and called him again this last week because I was looking for someone to replace the eves. Again, Matt gave me good advice and told me to save my money. He said that my wood was fine. It was not a structural issue and all I really needed was to have them cleaned up and repainted. You can bet I will call Matt again, as well as recommending him to all my friends with roofing concerns.

  Matt was friendly, prompt, professional from the first contact, through the completion of the repair. Price was reasonable. Matt gave me a thorough explanation of what caused the problem, what he did to fix it, and an overall condition of the whole roof. Highly recommend!
