Thank you for your input. The first time we were there was because of the wind storm May 20th 2022(reshingled one side). The second time we were there, we were directed to a leak that was apparently around the chimney (resealed chimey). The leak persisted and the chimney was removed. The last time we were there we noticed that the leak was no where near where we were directed the second time. After being able to see the inside damage for the first time 2 weeks ago, we able to determine where the leak actually was. We can only fix a leak on the info we are given. We showed up promptly every time and your Landlord was not charged for many of those trips. Input is always welcomed with our company so we can better serve the community. Thank you for your words and if there are any other problems or you happen to purchase your own home and have an issue, please give us a call.

We have developed a very damaging leak from our roof and have had several tradespeople out to look at it (a couple of them recommended by our insurer). So far, no one has been able to figure out the source of the leak, so we went online to see who might else be qualified to check this out and identify and fix this problem. We saw the stellar reviews of Bowers and gave them a call. The next day, we gave them another call. The next day, we sent an email. We received NO REPLY to any of our contact efforts. This is very, very bad customer service!

We will take the good and the bad reviews, such is life. Our employees and Staff work hard throughout the year and we are fortunate enough to close our doors for 3 months(much needed family time). If you are still in need for our services, please do not hesitate to call back. Thank you for your input and understanding that we are human too. Sincerely Bill Bowers Sam Bowers Roofing (705)876-7881

Got a quote extremely quick, the price was fair and the job was done within a few weeks of my quote. They did the job quickly and such a good clean up you would never have known they were there. I would highly recommend this company!

Highly recommend!! They did our roof 6 years ago and were the best price, no issues, roof was completed faster time than promised even. So when we still had damage from the March ice storm, and no one connected to insurance was returning …

We were so happy with Sam Bowers Roofing. From start to finish, they did a great job. Everyone was friendly and the work was tidy. We are happy to have a skylight installed after many attempts with other companies.

I can't say enough about Sam Bowers Roofing and the owner Bill Bowers (Sam's son). He is an honorable respectful man with a great team of employees. We hired him a few years ago to re-shingle our roof in Omemee and we were 100% pleased. Excellent cleanup afterwards also. In recent years we have had him out to our church building to look at a couple of problem areas and repairs they were done quickly and efficiently. We highly recommend this company and be assured you may trust him explicitly in all your roof work

Contacted Sam Bower's roofing knowing I either needed repairs or a whole new roof. A cold call " roofer" told me after looking at the roof he could fix it up for $4000. Decided not to trust somebody driving a minivan with a ladder tied to …

The short version: You won’t go wrong choosing Sam Bowers Roofing! The long version: I do my research before selecting a contractor and I ask lots of questions. I also believe in top quality and that quality and excellent service is worth paying for. I’m no stranger to what’s involved in doing an excellent roof re-shingling project having done several in my younger days. Age however has caught up to me and re-shingling my roof that was damaged during the May 2022 wind storm required a roofing expert. I talked to several local roofing contractors, but quickly zeroed-in on Sam Bowers Roofing. Bill Bowers (son of original owner Sam) impressed me from start to finish. He gladly made several visits to the house to meet with me and answered all my questions related to what would be a difficult re-shingling job. As a result of several conversations we had before signing a contract, it was clear to me that Bill Bowers is an EXPERT ROOFER and superb at communicating with customers!!! From start to finish, Bill was great to work with. He is 100% reliable, and did everything he said he would do. Bill and his team did a 1st class job of re-shingling my roof. I could not be happier with the excellent quality of their work and I have no hesitation whatsoever in highly recommending Sam (Bill) Bowers Roofing. You won’t (cannot!) go wrong selecting Sam Bowers Roofing. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊 Ed Lukaszewicz
