  Roofer came out to inspect. He was supposed to get a piece of my to to check if its been discontinued. When my insurance company came to also inspect, he was late and didn't meet him. Weeks go by and he never came to get the piece, just lied and said he submitted paperwork to my insurance company. Since then, he or his office answered any calls and broke all contact. This is a setback since my gutters are hanging and he lead me on for over a month. I would not recommend.

  Customer no showed on initial appointment and canceled before things could be resolved with insurance, as is a process. We can't help if people cancel and won't even attend meetings for their own house.

  Sorry you had a less than perfect experience. We strive for quality in every aspect of the projects we take on. Please reach out to our office 234-678-8533 to get things resolved. A permitting fee I believe was the miscommunication. We never want anyone dissatisfied.

  Had 2 appointments. Nobody showed up for either one. Cannot be relied on.

  We apologize for the inconvenience and are saddened you had this experience. August is the busiest time of year for us and we had tried to incorporate a new calendar system that failed updating everyone's schedules. Was a mess as multiple appointments were missed because they didn't show up or plain disappeared. Technological growing pains. If you ever need our assistance again please call our office at 234-678-8533 and ask for Johnathan the owner, he will make sure you are well taken care of.

  Had to have gutters replaced/updated and S.W.A.T. exceeded my expectations with their quality of work, consciences and professional attitude towards completing my roofing needs. Would have no problem hiring them again for any future projects that I may need.
