Never did he come by to check on what the painters did or how the work was going. Painters used wrong color for first coat of paint making the finish coat a lot lighter than it was supposed to be. Painters would work for a couple of hours then quit for the day on some days. Never knew when they would show up. In the end everything turned out okay. Would I hire him again????? NO

Experienced the Nov 3, 2024 tornado, which severely damaged my house. Hired Shane and worked daily with his Project Manager Emma, who is a gem! Both are very nice and easy to work with and they listen to what you want and help you with what you need. I've never had to rebuild and remodel a house to that extent before, especially on my own. They really reassured me and were very fair on price. A person needs to know that any amount of rebuilding will take time when multiple trades are involved. I guess that would be my only negative from the experience, but with so many being fixed in my neighborhood at one time (and many still not fixed), I'd expect that was circumstantial. The work their crews did also received glowing remarks from a realtor friend of mine who commented on the beautiful new kitchen down to the straight baseboards. My friend said they did quality work. I would hire again!

SHV worked with insurance to complete a wide variety of repairs and restoration of our home after tornado damage. The contractors were professional and repairs/restoration was done well. Emma worked hard to ensure we were happy with final product as well as navigating a difficult insurance claims process.
