  Not good business wise. My bad experience was, the guy over the job would work against me with my claim adjuster, like it was her home. Had me to pay 1,000 deductible to the company and not my insurance company. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone I know. Oh plus had me to sign a contract that if I couldn't pay, they could take our house. He made it such a big deal like we weren't going to pay. It came down to us selling my husband's truck to pay our deductible. To prove this company is bogus, I told the guy we could pay on the 1st when we got our disability check. He acted real nasty! We sold the truck which hurt us... He still didn't get the money until the 1st so what was the hurry. Damn shame. I'm not giving a good review

To address the claims you mentioned: Working with the Adjuster: As per your request, we sent the repair estimate directly to your adjuster. The estimate was approved, and the payment was to be sent directly to us in accordance with your wishes. Deductibles: As per standard insurance policy terms, the deductible is paid directly to the contractor performing the work. The definition of a deductible is as follows: "a specified amount of money that the insured must pay before an insurance company will pay a claim." Contract Terms: The reference to the contract comment pertains to the right of a contractor to file a lien if payment for services rendered is not received. Unfortunately, the issue arose when you cashed a check that we were unaware of, which nullified the direct payment agreement we had set up with your insurance company. Afterward, you mentioned that, despite receiving the full insurance funds for the work performed, you would not pay us directly because you believed the insurance company would handle payment. We spent nearly four hours working with both you and your adjuster to clarify this misunderstanding, with the adjuster explaining that they could not pay for the work twice and that the funds you received were, in fact, the insurance payments for the services rendered.   We had a commercial roof that needed to be fixed after the original contractor did a very bad job. Jason came in and saved the project! Super professional and knowledgeable. They took what could have been a disaster and turned it into perfection. Extremely professional, timely and thorough. I can’t recommend them enough.

  Total completed a commercial roof replacement for a location with multiple buildings. Quality of work is good. Communication was good. Job was competed ahead of schedule even with adverse weather conditions. Cleaned up well after project was complete.
