Horrible experience from start to finish!! Workmanship was terrible damaged alot of our property the list was endless when they said project was finished we found 21 deficiencies which they had to comeback and repair or replace..Job was to take 2 weeks to complete took over 2 months...would not recommend this company I should not give them and positive comments Only thing Griffin was ok but his work crew were Horrible....

Hi Paul, we are sorry to hear that the experience did not meet the expectations we set. While all of the identified deficiencies have now been remedied, and all damaged items on the property were replaced at our cost, we do acknowledge the poor experience that was caused. To be transparent: that particular crew did not step foot onto another job site and were let go immediately. The standard shown on your job was not acceptable to us. If you would like to discuss anything further, please reach out directly as we are always open to hearing how we can improve.

The Christmas lights they installed for us looked great. The crew was very professional. They took them down and stored them till next winter (take down was mid January).

We had Rydel Roofing replace our 27 year old roof. I did my due diligence and received multiple quotes. I went with Griffin/ Rydel for several reasons. He was quick to reply to my request for a quote, provided a good presentation, came to measure the roof, answered all my questions throughout the process, scheduled us quickly, was responsive to our concerns of protecting our landscaping and was safety oriented. Any concerns that popped up (very few) were addressed immediately. We even had a follow-up service call over the winter and Griffin responded immediately and fixed the small issue. It all went very smoothly and professionally. I would highly recommend Rydel.

Excellent and timely service, easy to line up in the schedule, and they were done super fast. Took a hands on approach to handling both the job, the cleanup, and the after action report. Overall I would recommend using Rydel as they were punctual, professional, and capable - and carried out on every promise they made.

Job was done on time. Cleanup was satisfactory.( missed nails) Only had one dissatisfied point. They replaced a damaged board with sheet metal instead of wood, creating a unstable spot. They did not inform us that they replaced the wood with metal.
