I had a good experience with this company for the first time when I used them many years ago. However, the second time (only a year apart) I asked for a roof repair work and he charged me three times more for the exact same work they had done for me couple years ago. The only thing I want to say is that people become greedy when they found out you are too easygoing...

Used them 3 different times over the years and been happy every time. Not over charged, great communication and offers options for repairs when appropriate. Wish they did more then just roofs cause I would hire them for anything Thanks Greg!

Thanks for this review Cam. It's unfortunate that there are those "other" contractors who try to take advantage of home owners and their lack of knowledge in the roof systems. I've built my website to be educational and I'm glad you did more research and found us. Congrats on your new home! Sincerely, Greg and the Crucial Roof Services team.

Greg appears to be a decent honest guy. He did some repairs on our concrete tile roof and advised us that our roof was in good overall condition and despite being 37 years old, would last many more years. We would definitely recommend him to anyone with a concrete tile roof!

Greg is detail oriented, thorough and a great communicator. He spotted a lot of potential issues before they became problems. Will be happy to work with Greg again in the future.

Thanks Duran. You are a great customer. We appreciate your understanding and acceptance of our safety concerns on your steep roof and the need for us to postpone the work until the dry days arrived. I am very happy you are now satisfied. All the best in your new home! Sincerely, Greg and the Crucial Roof Services team.

After my roof stacks were torn apart by raccoons, I contacted Greg and he was quick to respond and to schedule work for us. The whole experience was made so easy and stress-free because of Greg's professionalism and great communication. He …

Thanks for taking the time to leave this review Danny and we are very pleased you are satisfied with our work. With rain in the forecast, I didn't want your roof to be left as the raccoons had left it. The upgrade to the lead stacks will stop that from happening again too. The added curveball of a dislocated pipe was also nice to resolve. Thanks again. Greg and the Crucial Roof Services team.

Greg showed up on time and ready to work. Analyzed the problem and gave a solution. Came back, implemented the solution, on time and below budget.

Thanks for taking the time to leave this review Richard. We're happy we were able to help you before any of the snow came this year. We look forward to finishing the project in the summer time, as agreed. Once again, thank you for your patience and loyalty. Greg and the Crucial Roof Services team.

Greg has come for roof repairs to our concrete tile roof multiple times since 2017 for different unrelated leaks/concerns. He also replaced a leaky skylight for us in 2021. The new skylight, which is solar powered and opens easily, has been …

Greg from Crucial Roof Services has done a number of small roof repairs for me now and I've been very happy on every occasion. I am very happy with the work and how it was done and would thoroughly recommended the company. I can't say this about all roofing contractors as I have had bad experiences with others out there. Not so with Crucial Roof Services!

Greg is an outstanding roofer who not only has the patience to explain his repair philosophy and process but also encourages you to become a better homeowner by bringing awareness to known issues and teaching you to follow responsible maintenance routines. He is honest and transparent and follows a procedural methodology that is cost-efficient and practical, making sure to apply an appropriate level of service for the repair on hand.

Thanks for taking the time to leave this review Pia. I too am sorry I am not able to help you due to the very steep pitch of your roof. In my younger days it would have not been a problem but now that I'm 62, I'm forced to be much more selective in my work choices. So glad I could help you through the process though and best of luck in the contractor you chose. Let me know if you have further questions! SIncerely Greg

Another great fix by Greg and his team. Found a tricky leak, performed necessary repairs in quick and timely manner, fair price. This is second job Greg has completed, will definitely call again.
