RTS Roofing LLC

The only one or two-star review we hold for RTS Roofing LLC.

My home insurance is coming up for renewal and my insurance company is requesting a letter from a licensed roofing contractor indicating the life expectancy of my roof. I called RTS Roofing and they said that was not something that they did, even though I of course expected to pay them for this service. When I told the person I was talking to that I would check them off the list for whenever I needed some roofing work done, he chuckled and said ok. I then called Alden Roofing in Pflugerville and they said they of course would do it for me and would be here within 20 minutes. Needless to say, when I do have to have some roofing work done, Alden Roofing will be my first choice.

Stephen, The staff member you spoke with was absolutely right, we do not guesstimate the life expectancy of any roof and put it in writing and then sell it to you as a service. The reason why is because once we accept payment we become liable to you and or your insurance company. I'm truly sorry that this was not explained to you in detail, and in no way do we condone this treatment. I will address this topic with my staff and explain to them why we can't offer this type of service so they are educated about it. So this type of thing doesn't happen again. Thanks for the feedback!

I found RTS Roofing via a local Google search, and so GLAD I did! They came out the same day I called to assess my shingle damages, gave me an honest assessment of my repairs needed with a fair price. Ed, then scheduled a time 2 days later to come out to do the repair work. He did and followed through with excellent work on my repairs. I am very pleased and will use them in the future. I love supporting solid businesses. Thank you! I strongly recommend them!

RTS Roofing is hands-down the most professional, high-quality roofer in the Central Texas region. I truly feel RTS is the best kept secret in roofing, and the word is spreading quickly. I won’t bother you with all the details, but I’m completely satisfied with RTS, and all the improvements they made to my home!

I highly recommend Ed Neura, RTS Roofing. What impressed me most was his professionalism and attention to detail, adding decorative touches and additional vents as needed that matched the shingles perfectly. Even though his crew did a thorough cleanup, Ed came by with his boys to check for any remaining scraps or nails. Not only did Ed and his crew do a superb job on my roof, he and his son Austin went above and beyond to help me rescue a squirrel trapped in my chimney! The situation was handled with compassion and without hesitation. If you want a roofer who truly cares about his customers, hire Ed Neura RTS Roofing!

What an absolute pleasure working with Ed at RTS Roofing. Honest and transparent approach, 100% customer centric and does the work the right way, not the cheapest and fastest way. Quality workmanship. These guys deliver on what they say they’re going to do and when. I recommend this company for all your roofing needs!
