Very pleased with the customer service and roof replacement experience from Pavel and his team from the beginning to the end. The crews were very professional throughout the work and left the site clean. Also included an additional downspout to the existing gutters without having to hire someone else to do the job. Replaced plywood only as required. Pavel and Eleanor were a pleasure to deal with. You can trust Royal York Roofing to do a high quality job at a competitive price. Highly recommended.

We hired Royal York Roofing over a period of 2 years to replace our shingles, our flatroof and our soffits & eavestroughs. Eleanor in Admin was very responsive and patient in helping set up our schedule. The roofers were professional in their work and in their clean up. Our older home is looking refreshed and cleaned up, now that this work has been completed. Thank you Royal York Roofing!!

I can't recommend Royal York Roofing and Vitaly enough! We had another company work on our roof initially, but they left us with ongoing issues - water was getting into our kids' room, which was incredibly stressful. Vitaly came in to assess the situation and immediately identified what went wrong. He was professional, knowledgeable, and transparent about what needed to be fixed. The quality of work was exceptional - Vitaly and his team corrected all the previous mistakes and did the job right. He took the time to explain everything, showed me photos of the problem areas, and made sure I understood the repairs being done. The pricing was fair and there were no surprise costs. What really impressed me was Vitaly's attention to detail and commitment to getting it done properly. The roof looks great and we haven't had any issues since - our kids' room is completely dry and safe again. I've already referred Royal York Roofing to several friends and family members because I'm that confident in their work.
