After following up for several times through email and not getting a response, Called them to get a free estimate, they said they charge for that service and when I mentioned other companies provide estimate for free the person in the line got so defensive in a way that I decided to hang up! 0 customer service attitude, that’s definitely a red flag 🚩

thanks for your review and my response is for you and future customers…. yes we do charge for a thourough roof inspection and a digital report with credit. what other companies say or do is none of my business. You insisted that i travel to your place go top of your roof and provide you with a digital report for free like it your right, its not. especially when you already have one by you home inspector, im sure he was paid for his inspection services… Have a good Night :)

I recently had a metal roof installed by this company, and I couldn't be happier with the entire experience. From start to finish, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. The workmanship is outstanding, and the finished roof looks amazing. The crew worked efficiently, kept the property clean, and clearly took pride in their work. It's refreshing to deal with a company that delivers exactly what they promise. I highly recommend this roofing company to anyone considering a new roof. I absolutely love my new metal roof and am very grateful for the excellent service and quality workmanship.
