I have asked for flat roof repair quote, initially response was good but after taking all details and so many follow up calls they said they are too busy and cannot do repairs. They should know that after 1-2 calls but wasted full week to say that they are too busy. If you guys are so busy please tell customers upfront as I waited for quote almost a week and then got this response.

Ms.Deepali. I'm sorry, we will not in the middle of your contractor and Tarion regarding warranty of your "home". We are a Commercial and Industrial Flat Roofing Company. May I suggest you hire a consultant company to give you the kind of report you are looking for.

Horrible experience, tar and asphalt seeping through the roof, stealing employees lunches from the break room. Probably the worst company ive ever had the misfortune of dealing with.

Had our business flat roof approx. 10K sq ft Complete Roof Completed By Crown about a month ago. Very happy with the timeline and quality of work. Joe was very attentive and reachable. His workers were pleasant to deal with. Amazing 20 yr warranty. Will follow up after this winter season with how it holds up.

Our business in Aurora had several leaks in the roof to our shop. Crown Roofing was amazing to deal with. Their worker Arvin was such a great guy and was really thorough in explaining where all the leaks were. He took photos to show us where the leaks were coming from. They also found a forth leak and fixed it in good faith without billing us. I can not express just how much we loved working with Arvin. I wish I could give more stars.
