No fall protection for workers, none wearing hearing protection. Using a scissor lift on 4 story building by blocking access on the fire lane . Our "neighbors " hired these jokers to wake up the neighborhood at 8 am that beeps if it moves , the engine is deafening, 2nd week of it. If you complain they call you names . This is construction now in BC . Don't know or care about rules .

I spoke to one of their reps this morning and was taken aback at his complete lack of professionalism, and his need to toss a veiled insult in my direction to top off the call was completely uncalled for. Would not recommend.

They boarded up my patio area with mo notice , broke my greenhouse tarp and my flower pots and despite multiple attempts to discuss the issue have offered no replacement or recompense In comment to your response...no negligence are you kidding? They threw a cable through my greenhouse tarp, which no is not an annual expense l, it's one I bought in Sweden 7 years ago. As my roof wasn't being done, there was no reason to think I'd be affected and then to just come and board it up without speaking to me was completely disrespectful. Perhaps I just have higher standards of common decency than your company does. Your response really angers me.

Thank you for your feedback regarding, the roof replacement at your strata complex. Even though notice was given to all units recommending moving items away from the work zone your patio was not cleared. Thus we hoarded your patio with plywood to continue on with the project. There was no negligence on the crews part that caused the damage. Small pieces of debris falling is expected. I would suggest that replacing the plastic sheet that was draped over the building trellis that you indicated was a greenhouse is an annual expense. Demanding $200 dollars from the installer for a new plastic pot and 10’ of plastic tarp was unrealistic. We are truly sorry to hear that you could not come to terms with the strata regarding these matters.

As a tenant experiencing this company they’re terrible. They turned up without warning and started stomping around on the roof, actually jumping and stumbling around, slamming heavy objects down on it, along with the use of heavy power tools and hammering. This went on for hours. The landlord claims that they never settled on a date, they just turned up. If we had had notice we could have arranged to be out for the day. This level of noise is devastating for someone who has a hearing related injury that causes chronic pain and ptsd responses, which the landlord knows about. It also terrified the pets and they are still in a state of shock from the sheer amount of noise today. The fact that they cannot arrange to adhere to a schedule should speak for a lack of professionalism, and from the way people were jumping about on the roof I’d want to inspect it for any new damage done to tiles. If you are someone who would need to prepare in advance for this level of noise you would want to consider against a company that will not give you notice.

We are truly sorry to hear about your experience with our service team. Without knowing your address I can only respond in general terms. Scheduling is always a challenge, especially when working with multiple parties. You definitely should have been notified that our team was coming. Quite often we don’t get given the tenants information and rely on landlords to communicate. A speedy response to a leak can save thousands of dollars in damage. It’s a shame communication suffered in this instance. Our apologies for that. In regards to the noise, you are correct it is loud work and most of our materials are heavy. Putting down a 100lb roll or a 60lb bundle of shingles, even gently, can cause quite the thump. We would like to know more information about your experience so we can improve our service. I would request that you please reach out to us with your address and the owners name. We can then speak with our team and review your experience. Thanks again for your feedback. Shayne Langton, Senior Project Manager.

I called to have someone come out to give an estimate to replace a roof, left my details, nobody called me back. Terrible customer service!

We're very happy with our new roof from RDR. As this is a major expense, we wanted to make sure we felt good about the vendor we selected. Shayne was one of only two vendors who actually got up on the roof and inspected it before quoting. Others simply used a google earth tool quote by satellite. This did nothing to address some other minor issues I had like Fascia and gutters. They weren't the least expensive (nor the most,) but we're very confident in the work that's been done. The crew was excellent and cleaned up the site very well upon completion. I highly recommend Roy Dennis for your new roof.

Shayne from Roy Dennis Roofing came out to look at what I thought was a roof leak. They had performed the re-roof on my duplex in 2016. Shayne inspected the attic space and the exterior wood sloped roof and found no leaks, with all labour and materials in order. Even though the warranty expired in 2021, Shayne still came out to check their work. He refused to accept payment for what turned out to be a false alarm and was so professional and thorough I was very, very impressed. Roy Dennis Roofing was referred to me by many people and I can see why. I would recommend Roy Dennis Roofing to everyone.

Highly recommend Roy Dennis Roofing. It's rare to find a team of professionals so committed to quality work and superb customer service. Our shingle roof was replaced and flat roof repaired on schedule and on budget by one of the hardest working crews we've ever had the pleasure of working with. We especially appreciate the attention to detail and the care that was taken to protect the landscaping and surrounding property. We love our new roof, thanks again!

This is the 2nd time I've experienced excellent service from Roy Dennis Roofing. The team are professional and respectful of the strata owners-- wearing booties in the home and ensuring for excellent clean-up after the work is completed. Highly recommend!

Thank you Dean for being so prompt and professional. Your crew came by the property very quickly. You stuck to your proposed budget, you completed the work as promised and we are all very pleased with the results. You asked questions and listened to what we needed and made suggestions. I’m very happy to continue singing your praises and recommending you to my friends, colleagues and clients!

Previously I had Roy Dennis Roofing replace my roof with a torch on. This was nearly 15 years ago and it still is in good shape. This time my sundeck had a water leak which was causing the water to leak to my garage and land on the hood of my classic car. I spoke to Shayne about the issue and he came by a few hours later to assess the problem. He was very courteous and listened attentively when I explained the problem. He suggested a RC2000 patch in the affected area. Exactly 3 days later when the rain had stopped, his crew showed up. I was impressed by the prompt service. Both of the employees(Eddie and Holly) were well mannered and skillful. As soon as they finished, they came to the front door to let me know the job was complete. The next night we had another downpour and the garage was bone dry! Roy Dennis Roofing easily qualifies for 5 Stars! B.Wright

We are very happy with our new roof. It completed on schedule and with no mess at the end. Well done

RDR did a fantastic job from start to finish on our new roof. I sent in some pictures of our ailing roof and Eric and Courtney knew what was up and what to do right away. There was concern over issue that could arise during the holidays so they went above and beyond and ensured we were all sealed up. to code, and ready for Christmas. Everyone was professional and courteous and left the job site clean and tidy when they were done. Great job everyone, thank you!

Saw a small leak, my e-mail went out at 10:00 am followed by a quick call. Thought that with the cold weather it could be a day or two to get the matter looked at. NO! Shortly a crew of two showed up and they were finished by noon. It does not get any better than that! Thank you for the very quick response to our minor roof leak this morning. Such quick service is exemplary.
