Army roofing installed a new roof in July 2022 and afterwards I still had leaking problems when raining. They returned with a caulking gun a couple of times but never resolved the leak. As a pensioner on a fixed income it took another two …

Hi Bob You left us a bad review knowing your siding is the problem and upper section is the problem. We've been there a number of times and showed you in person. You agreed with us 100% I still have all the conversations, text chains, documentation and pictures. You were completely unwilling to address the many issues with your siding and many other issues. Water is running down the walls and getting under the roofing material. We went there and discussed this with you and showed you where the siding and upper section and siding was clearly leaking. You agreed seeing where water was getting in. The whole wall is rotted out. We discussed this multiple times. It is not your roof. We are more than willing to help you address these issues but you won't for some reason. Let's work together and help you get these issues addressed.

Hello I have absolutely no recollection of you contacting our company Army Roofing. I've checked every email and last callers going back weeks. Are you sure Army Roofing is the company that you contacted? I've had people call me thinking we were a multitude of different roofing companies over the years. We always show up. Please call Tom 778-686-7663 Thank you

Met Tom at Home Show on Saturday October 26th and left my contact information. He called me on Monday the 28th and we scheduled a 10 am Tuesday the 29th meeting for a quote. On Tuesday, I messaged him close to 11 am and told him I thought he was coming at 10 am. He replied by saying " may I ask who this is?". I told him who I was and haven't heard back since. If you ever decide to hire Army Roofing, I wish you good luck, but I will never recommend or ever hire this company. Seems very odd that Tom would call me, set up an appointment then not show up or reply to my messages.

Hi Kevin, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re very sorry to hear about your experience and we truly appreciate you bringing this to our attention. At Army Roofing Inc., we take reliability, communication, and customer service very seriously, and what you described is not the level of service we aim to provide for homeowners in Delta, Ladner, Tsawwassen, and the surrounding area. We would really like the opportunity to make this right. If there was a scheduling error, miscommunication, or missed connection, we want to get to the bottom of it and ensure it does not happen again. Our goal is always to provide timely, professional roofing inspections, repairs, and replacements, and we’re fully committed to delivering that experience to every customer. Please reach out to us directly at 778-686-7663 and we will personally arrange a priority, no-charge roof inspection at a time that works best for you. Terrible communication. If ya don’t want the job or aren’t gonna show up have some customer service and notify the customer instead of the customer chasing you down with multiple messages after sitting at home for hours on end waiting.

Hi Chris, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re sorry to hear about the frustration you experienced. At Army Roofing Inc., we take communication, customer care, and reliability very seriously, especially when it comes to scheduling roof inspections, roofing estimates, and emergency roof repair appointments throughout Delta, Ladner, Tsawwassen, Surrey, and the Greater Vancouver Area. We did attempt to reach out at the time, but it appears we weren’t able to connect. We fully understand how disappointing it can be to wait at home for a roofing appointment — homeowners rely on roofing contractors to be clear, prompt, and communicative, and we’re committed to meeting that standard every time. Our team prides itself on providing transparent roofing quotes, punctual service, leak repair expertise, asphalt shingle replacement, cedar shake conversions, flat-roof repairs, and full roof replacements. If something didn’t meet your expectations, we want the opportunity to fix it. We would greatly appreciate the chance to reconnect with you directly so we can review what happened and make things right. Whether you still need a roof leak repair, storm-damage inspection, new roof estimate, or simply want to discuss the situation, we’re here and happy to help. Please feel free to contact our office anytime — customer satisfaction is extremely important to us, and we’d like to resolve this properly. Sincerely, Tom & John Army Roofing Inc.

Tom made an appointment for Jan. 31, 2024 at 10 a.m. to repair my roof. He didn't show up, didn't phone to change time or to cancel. I phoned later in the day to see what the problem was, and have not heard back from him yet.

Not sure what this reply was from the owner. I think he got the wrong guy. I never called WCB or sent any emojis. Details of why the poor rating were simply that I called them twice and they said they would get back to me but never did. Not sure if they were too busy or why but that is poor customer service not getting back to me. I went with another company to do the jobs I had.

We recieved no call or messages from this gentleman. We also never received a form submission for a free estimate. Our phone lines are always open and we check our email multiple times a day to ensure we don't miss anything. We are a "on the roof" working family of roofers who are committed to excellence and the best customer service experience in the roofing industry. A simple phone call could have rectified any concerns you believe may have had. I apologize if you believe we couldn't address your concerns. Thank you. Army Roofing Inc.

We always strive for the highest and professional customer service. We have always supported our community by providing discounts to seniors, first responders, veterans, active duty military, and law enforcement but every once in a while we come across someone like David here. David refused to answer my phone calls and resorted to insulting text for no reason saying "not a chance Tom" with emojis? Army Roofing will always provide excellent customer service, high quality workmanship and commitment to our community. The sad thing is the 2 or 3 bad reviews we ever got were from people we NEVER met and NEVER did business with. I would ask homeowners ignore this review. We are very happy to provide real references from the 100s of happy homeowners and from the valuable people who bravely serve our community everyday. Army Roofing Inc.

When we needed a new roof it was a bit overwhelming trying to figure out who to use. Our friends had used Army roofing a year ago and highly recommended them to us. Tom and his team were excellent to deal with, very responsive to every question and ensured we were taken care of. They made this virtually painless for us! Highly recommend them!

I had a 30 year old torch on and cedar shake roof needing to be redone.I did a lot of research and had 6 competitive quotes. Army's approach was by far the best. They visited my site on 4 different occasions, answered all my questions and gave knowledgeable advice. Army's crew were always on time, worked diligently and were a pleasure to work with. I truly felt they really cared about their craftmanship and did an outstanding job. I highly recommend Tom and John from Army Roofing.

Recently had our roof and 5 skylights replaced by Army Roofing. Tom and his son John came out and checked the roof and measured the skylights and gave us an estimate. We went ahead and are very pleased with the results. Their 3 roofers that did the work were very pleasant and professional. Definitely would recommend them.
