You contacted us regarding a leak over your carport, and we promptly scheduled a service call to assess and address the issue. We sent two of our experienced team members to your property. Upon inspection, it was determined that the leak was not related to your roofing system but rather due to an unfinished deck above the carport, a carpentry issue outside the scope of roofing repair. While we strive to help wherever we can, dispatching a crew for a diagnostic visit is considered a service call. In cases like this, where the issue falls outside of roofing, a charge still applies for time and labor involved in the site visit and assessment.   Engaged them in May to install new gutters and do some roof repairs. Gutters were installed in June and I was invoiced for that work. I inquired regarding the roof repairs and got this response: "Hi Brian, I just sent the invoice for the gutters. Unfortunately, our metal crew is currently in the middle of a job. When they are finished, we will send Jason out to get an idea of what is needed for the repair. Julie" They did not send their person out. Since then I determined one of my new installed gutters has a leak. I asked about both the leaky gutter and again about the roof repair work. They said their roofing crews were busy but they would send the gutter person the next week. That was weeks ago. This is terrible service. When I called, the person said it's a matter of staffing. I just don't know how this is my issue. Please share your experiences on social media and the web. It really helps guide people in making decisions about who to go to for contracting work. Had I seen more reviews like this, I would have avoided Roseburg Roofing. UPDATE: Received an immediate response after originally posting, apologizing for the lack of communication and that our gutter issue would be resolved next week. I look forward to resolving that at least.

  Too busy to schedule in a roof repair for 2017. Since this is January 17th - business must be good - but no help to me.

  Barry, I just spoke with you over the phone twice about a leak that you needed repaired on your garage. I informed you that we were 2 weeks out at least before we could get someone to look at it. You then told me that you would call somewhere else because you needed it done before that. It is to my understanding that you then called me back because all the other roofing companies are not able to do it right now, due the high demand of leaks. I am sorry, and take full responsibilty for not asking you when you called the first time to see if this was a roof that we did in the past. You were also misinformed about us not taking any new leak jobs in 2017. Our goal is to provide the best service we possibly can, and for me to tell you that i could get to your leak ASAP would not be good service. We are already juggling so many any also trying to keep moving forward with the signed contract roofs for tear-off and new construction. We have been turning down any new leak calls at this time due to being so far booked out(unless it was due to our workmanship.)Again I am very so about the miscommunication.
