  Hi Connie, I'm sorry for the misunderstanding. But per our conversation I had told you that we do not have a crew for leaks and repairs right now and it will be sometime before we can get out to you. I suggested that you call around and see if another company can get out to you sooner. You did also mention that you would try and get ahold of the original Contractor that did your roof. Again, sorry for the misunderstanding and I hope you find a contractor to help with your roofing needs. Michelle

  They broke two windows didn't say anything and when we mentioned it to them it took months to get one window in and they never replaced the other window. After several attempts to contact them about the other window and several problems with the roof/ gutters and drip edge. They just never addressed the problems or showed up to look at the shoddy work. A bunch of young guys who weren't professional and played loud obnoxious foul language music from the time they arrived to the time they left annoying both my neighbors and myself. Also over overheard them complaining about our fence making it difficult for them to do the job as well. They refused to tell us mid roof replacement how long the roof was estimated to last in years. After calling several times I asked that the owner Mr Rayburn come look personally at the job that was done and they set a day and he never showed up or contacted us about our concerns with the shoddy work. Absolutely a horrible non professional company to work with. I definitely wouldn't use them again and they charged over 23,000 for a 1,300 square ft house which is ridiculous. It didnt include any extras either. Poor work and once they got the money they Absolutely won't fix the other large window we can't get them to return calls period. They cracked and broke the weather head on top of a lot more. Never using this company again.

  Would not use this company again. Had issues with roof before they finally sent someone to fix it properly

  I paid cash and have been waiting for half a year, they lie to my face when I go in to talk to them and on phone calls. I feel like my money has basically been stolen

  Hired them to replace roof. Upon completion roof leaked around chimney- never had leaking in 40+ yrs - since home was built. They said “nothing they could do”……very unsatisfactory- would NOT recommend.

  Rich Rayburn crew did an excellent job on my flat roof and deck. Very hardworking guys. The craftsmanship, timing, materials were all excellent . My only problem was that they did not draw plans or photograph the original… so they didn’t really know how to rebuild it. 🤪 I would definitely re-hire them for any future roofing needs.
