  There was a minor concern with some debris left behind after the first day of work, but I mentioned it to the project manager and it was addressed immediately. The response was professional and appreciated. The rest of the project went smoothly, and the final result exceeded our expectations.

  I highly recommend Rosales Roofing. I had hail damage from an older storm, and at first the insurance company was not offering enough to properly complete the repairs. Rosales Roofing came out, reviewed the damage, and pointed me in the right direction with a public adjuster. After almost a year of back and forth with the insurance company, everything was finally approved. Once that happened, there was a very tight deadline to get the work completed. Rosales Roofing rearranged their schedule and made sure the work was completed on time. They also helped accommodate shingle color selections, and when I decided to have the top floor spray foam insulated while the siding was off, there was a delay with the insulation contractor. Rosales Roofing worked around that as well and kept everything moving. The finished product came out great, and I’ve received many compliments from neighbors. One of my neighbors even ended up using Rosales Roofing as well after seeing the work they did on my home. Overall, they were professional, flexible, and really helped us through the whole process. I have nothing but good things to say about Rosales Roofing and would definitely recommend them.

  After getting the estimate from Rafael last winter, he sent a crew out to take care of some holes to get us through until spring. He went above and beyond. The crew that came to do the roof was great. The roof and gutters look fantastic and the yard was left spotless. Rafael came out each day to check on progress. I never felt like we were forgotten after contracting with them. I highly recommend Rosales Roofing. A wonderful family-owned business that genuinely cares about the quality of work they do and by far, some of the nicest, easiest, people to do business with.

  I had a large chunk of my siding torn off from a storm last month. Rosales Roofing gave me a fair quote. Inspected any further damage that I couldn't see. Crew came out within a week, and it looks as good as new again. When I'm ready for more projects down the road, I'll definitely call Rosales again.

  do have a complaint, it was definitely not 5 Star ⭐ treatment, your guys absolutely surpassed the 5 stars . If I could id give them 10. Excellent work and great attitude. They did great at cleaning up afterwards also. Thank you for the great work I will tell everyone I know

  Rosales Roofing and Construction made an overwhelming experience incredible! We wanted to open up and expand our kitchen by knocking out a wall! We went all in and with a full rehab of our main level. Kitchen, Dining Room, and Living Room! Rafa met with us to discuss exactly what we wanted. He was very knowledgable about options we could utilize. He drew up plans, changed them as we tweaked our thoughts, and walked with us every step of the way! I could not have more impressed with the help, guidance, and expertise he provided throughout the whole process! His Team of construction staff, cabinet installers, electricians, plumbers, and painters were awesome to work with! They were very accommodating, easy to work with, on time, and cleaned up when they were done! Rafa organized everything from start to finish! The end result was more than I could have ever imagined! It was a huge dream of my wife's for a number of years and Rafa (and his Team) made it a reality! The best part is that my wife is happy with her new more open concept kitchen!!!
