Roof was leaking into the garage and getting worse every storm.everRoof came out quick found the bad section and replaced it. Showed me the rot on the old boards before they closed it up. Garage is dry now even after that heavy rain last week. Pricing was reasonable for the work

We had been putting off the roof for probably two years longer than we should have and it was one of those things where every storm I'd go up in the attic with a flashlight looking for wet spots. Never actually found a leak which is sort of miraculous but I knew the shingles were curling bad on the south side. Anyway EverRoof came out and the estimate was pretty straightforward, no weird upsell stuff, just here's what needs to happen and here's what it costs. They ended up doing the whole thing in about a day and a half which I wasn't expecting because it's a decent sized two story. The crew was like six or seven people and they had this system going where it was almost like a factory line up there. New plywood went on in a couple spots where the decking was soft, and then the underlayment and shingles went on fast after that. My neighbor across the street said it looked like a completely different house which is funny because it's just the roof but I guess the old one was worse than I realized. The gutters drain way better now too since they reattached everything properly along the fascia. This company would rather buy good reviews instead of earning them like any honest business would fyi
