  HOME OWNER BEWARE This company deserves ZERO stars and this one is way to much I had a new roof installed total tear down new everything three years after installation My roof started to get leaks I had My insurance company come out and examine the roof and was advised the roof was leaking do to poor workmanship so if you want to spend thousands of dollars on a roof that you will have to replace in less than 5 years call these unqualified roofers all statements made can be verified DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY per owner they only guarantee there work for 12 months but they sales people quote you 20 years to get your money

  We take all customer concerns seriously and strive to provide quality workmanship on every project. However, this review contains significant omissions and misleading statements. The roof installation at issue was completed more than seven (7) years before the concerns described in this review were reported. Our workmanship warranty clearly provides coverage for a period of twelve (12) months following completion, and that warranty expired more than six years before this complaint was made. The roof successfully performed for over seven years before any allegation of workmanship-related leakage was raised. Such an extended period of satisfactory performance is fundamentally inconsistent with the claim that the roof was improperly installed from the outset. In addition, the property has been subjected to numerous weather events, storms, wind events, temperature fluctuations, freeze-thaw cycles, normal wear and tear, and aging conditions during the seven-plus years since installation. Given the substantial passage of time and the occurrence of multiple intervening weather events, it is impossible to reasonably attribute any currently observed condition to the original installation without a qualified forensic analysis specifically establishing such a connection. The review references an opinion allegedly provided by an insurance company representative. Insurance inspections are generally performed for claim-adjustment purposes and are not a substitute for a comprehensive roofing forensic investigation. No independent expert report identifying a specific installation defect attributable to our work has been provided to us. We also dispute the assertion that our company represented that the roof carried a twenty-year workmanship warranty. The terms of our warranty are contained in the written contract and warranty documentation provided at the time of installation.
