The only one or two-star review we hold for ROOFWORX Inc..

Overall the job got done. The estimator wasn't a good communicator. The guys punched holes through my roof. The clean up and wait overall was horrible. Probably go somewhere else unless money is really an issue for you. I would recommend paying a little more for a better contractor

We just completed a full roof replacement with Mike Smile and his crew, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. Mike was patient as we got started, worked with my schedule, and gave us the best quote we found after comparing multiple contractors. At the very beginning, he took the time to walk us through the whole roofing process so we knew what to expect, which really gave us confidence. We had multiple layers of old roofing that needed to be stripped before installation, and his team handled the demolition in a single day and installed the new roof right after. They work fast, they’re professional, and they keep the property clean throughout. Any time something came up, Mike communicated immediately and worked with me to resolve it — no hesitation, no excuses. In the end, the results exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Mike and his team for anyone looking for a reliable, knowledgeable, and hardworking roofing contractor.

Wildlife Usually Doesn't Create Roof Problems—It Finds Them First Many homeowners see a raccoon or squirrel tearing at their roofline and think, "The wildlife is breaking my house." But the cause-and-effect relationship is actually the opposite. Critters rarely claw a hole into a perfectly healthy, intact roof deck. Instead, they look for a spot that age or moisture has already weakened, and then they expand it to move inside. Here is what they look for: · Spongy, rotten wood decking along your roof edges. · Soffit or frieze boards softened by a hidden gutter leak. · Small flashing gaps around chimneys or vents that have pulled open over time. Once a squirrel catches the scent of damp, decaying timber, it will chew through the soft fibers in minutes. Trapping the animal solves only half the issue. If you leave the pre-existing wood rot alone, water will enter, or the next animal will take over the space. 👉 Find and seal the entrance—schedule a free roof inspection6 days agoCall now
