The worst experience I ever had to get an estimate. The person answering the phone was convinced I was a tella marketer when I asked questions and hung up on me. Then the guy call me back and was like I missed a call from this number I had to relay the previous conversation to him then he hung up again. So beware my suggestion don't call this company for any reason.

  Reply from the business

This was not a customer. They wanted to try and sell leads to my company. Told him I was not interested. He then said he would right a bad review because I would not entertain his conversation.

Had a roof/gutter spout issue that during upcoming monsoon season, could have been a severe issue. DJ with RoofWerks came out to our home in AJ and gave us some decent options to mitigate the issue. DJ offered up some AI renderings and we selected the best option for our house design. DJ was on time, professional and I appreciated his communication. I would use his services again and have added his business card to our go-to, home-project drawer.

I’ve never had any experience with a home insurance claim before this. Between Roof Werks and my insurance company being patient, reassuring and explaining the process and how things work, made such a difference. Roof Werks did a great job …

We couldn't be more pleased with the service we received from Roof Works. They responded promptly to our request for service for repair to our carport, came out within a couple of days to give us a quote, and then performed the repair quickly. We feel that the price was very reasonable and the quality of the work was excellent. Although it was a small repair we felt like we were treated as if it was as important as a big job. I highly recommend this company!

We had multiple companies come out and quote our home for new Terracotta tile roofing. Roofwerks was not only the best deal but they were incredibly easy to work with. They are a real "old-school" business that cares more about the human …

Roof Werks reroofed my house before we put solar on. Great company, efficient, dependable and reasonable prices. I’ll call him again when I need the garage done.
