  Extremely unprofessional and disorganized. I contacted this company specifically for a roof leak repair on my two-story home and explained everything clearly upfront. The representative showed up without a ladder tall enough to inspect the roof, which should never happen for a roofing company especially one claiming “40 years” in the business. A second visit had to be scheduled. On that day, he tried to change the agreed-upon time for his own convenience. After finally inspecting the roof, he promised a quote by the next day but only pushed a full roof replacement when I was clear I only wanted the leak repaired. Then he asked again where the leak was, despite it already being explained. After that, I was completely ghosted. Poor communication, poor planning, and a complete waste of time. I would not trust this company with my home.

  Shoddy work! 2019 paid them to fix roof leakage, 3 years later and leaking in the exact same spots again. The crew cracked tiles and didn't say anything, very shady! I happened to be on my roof and had to call them out on there poor quality. I am out of my warranty and now they want 24k for a whole new roof! Total sham, I will be giving 24k to a more professional company. I am convinced the 5 star review they previously held was all family or friends and this is NOT a 5 Star company . Do yourself a favor and seek a different roofer. Daryl the owner needs to develop his customer service skills, it is my pleasure to bust up this bogus 5 star rating and bring this companies true services to light.

  Great experience with Daryl and the Roof Medics for a tile roof underlayment replacement. Daryl, the owner, came out in person to give a bid and evaluate the roof. He was honest and educated us on the process. Their scheduling was flexible and the materials showed up on time. The work was done quickly but with great quality. They went the extra mile and it was obvious customer service was the priority. They went as far as to match paint colors and paint replaces facia. They also made sure everything was immaculate and clean after everything was done even running a magnet to pick up nails. Their warranty was top of the line and the price was very fair based on the several other bids I got. Would whole heartedly recommend them for any roofing work.

  Roof Medics offered the best proposal financially. One proposal for Foam Roofing was more than $3,000. above the others, and that did not include removing the original tiles (I asked) that helps water from ponding. Roof Medics has a very hard working crew. The job was completed sooner than scheduled. Nice customer service. Thank you Daryl Moore. Fran Ruell

  An absolute pleasure dealing with this company. Highly efficient crew replaced my underlayment, cracked roof tiles, and more. They were always on time (which is hit and miss with other companies I've dealt with). Travis, Steve, Omar and the rest of the crew did a phenomenal job in every step of this process, to include keeping me updated on their overall progress.

  Cleaned up very good every day. Daryl the owner made a final inspection and made sure that roof was to his standards and made some corrections I hadn't noticed.

  Roof Medics handled the repair on our clay tile roof. Their price was fair and the team was efficient, thorough and professional. They even cleaned up the area where the ladder had been, leaving the site looking better than when they started. Will definitely call them again should the need arise.

  Roof Medics Daryl Moore and his roofers did a fantastic job. They also foamed and insulted my roof top ductwork so I wouldn't lose heating or cooling capacity before it entered my house. They ripped up the whole roof over the master bathroom and fixed the rotten areas. The previous contractor five years ago used the wrong materials apparently (single ply not double ply roofing material) the whole roof under the single ply was wet but was not totally damaged. Thank God. Roof Medics used a pumping system from their truck to spray the foam and then the next day a protective coating on to the roof. They even placed large plastic sheets down on my driveway before backing their foaming truck onto the driveway as an extra protective measure to make sure my driveway would be protected. Very professional, total 5 star in my books. They also cleaned up the work site to a point that you would have never thought that they were ever there.
