  I have never used this company's services but I did get tailgated by one of their employees with their brights on for about a mile. And then they passed me and sped off probably going about 20 over the speed limit.

  Had a relatively small job at my house, workers showed up without the right tools (they had to borrow mine) and they didn’t show up with the new materials that the promised they would bring. They tried to reuse old brackets until I told them to go buy new, which is what we originally agreed on.

  Craven put new roof on my house last year. I have a leak and can't get them to come back to repair it. I'm a patient person, buts this is gone on over 8 months.

  I contacted this company and asked if they did roof repairs. I spoke with Kari. I live in a condo association with 12 one-story villas. I explained that we needed our roofs sealed in numerous places and needed someone to come out, look at the roofs and provide a quote by email. I also asked if they could do the job four units at a time. Kari said they could. However, they sent out Tyler, a "sales" person, rather than a project manager, and without even inspecting the roof he "looked up" at one roof from the ground and said we needed new roofs. No inspection, no nothing. I was irate and called him on the fact that he didn't even climb onto the roofs yet and I had specifically called for someone to determine what needed to be sealed and provide a bid. He said he didn't think the company would do that kind of work. Apparently, they were only out to try to force people into getting new roofs whether they needed them or not! What a bunch of third-rate sales people. Would not recommend these guys to anyone because they don't listen to your needs and will likely try to force you into doing something you don't want or need done.

  Hello Dawn, we're very sorry to hear that you were so dissatisfied with our visit. Unfortunately, what you were asking for was not a service we provide, which is what our representative, Tyler, explained to you. When Kari said that we complete repairs, that was true. However, once you explained to Tyler specifically what you were wanting, he knew that was not something we consider to be a repair. After the conversation, Tyler did in fact go on the roof to inspect. He took pictures that we're happy to send along to you. The reason he recommended replacing the roof was because sealing it wasn't something we could warranty and honestly, after looking at the condition of the shingles, not something that we would recommend. It was very clear that who ever completed the work previously did not hold themselves to the standard of quality that we do. We would be happy to give you an estimate for the true repairs and work that your roof needs, but we are not in the business of putting band-aids on people's roofs. We feel that is extremely irresponsible and much more a "third rate" company's way of doing things. We truly do apologize for any sort of misunderstanding or confusion in expectations.

  A friend recommended new roof Az / Craven construction. I called and the awesome Kari, Scheduled an estimate with Randy, He showed up on time and WOW his ideas for a patio extension in addition to the new roof were amazing! We moved forward with the roof, New patio extension including T & G , can lights, electrical, speakers, Everything for a completely new outdoor space! Between Kari’s great communication and Forman Casey’s skills, The entire project exceeded my expectations ! Thanks to the Craven Team for a job well done.

  This company was great to work with. Keri and Randy and the whole team were all fantastic. I had a few concerns with the patio they built and Keri and Randy sent the guys back out to immediately fix it and make sure it was exactly the way we wanted. It. Can't be more happy with the patio and honestly the company in general. We will definitely use them again. Lately it seems like it's hard to find a good contractor but these guys were amazing. Highly recommend.

  I had a roof put on a while ago. The roof has been great. My husband passed away and I had a sink leaking. I didn't know who to call. I called Randy this morning and he came out to help me. He fixed it out of the goodness of his heart. Thank you so much. So appreciated.

  I have used Craven Construction for three jobs, all of which involved different roofing materials. One was a carport roof that required the installation of a new plywood deck and a mineral cap sheet. The second was a complete home re-roof project with asphalt shingles. The third was a re-roof project with new concrete tile. In each case, they performed the work quickly and professionally to my complete satisfaction. The most amazing one was the tile roof. They literally started and finished the project in two days, including final cleanup. As a former commercial general building contractor, I feel Craven takes great pride in its work and I recommend that anyone with roofing needs contact them for an honest inspection and a competitive proposal.

  I called many roof company and was told they would come out and never showed even gave them 2 months to come due to understanding how busy people are also offered to pay before coming out and nothing. I called randy and in 3 days he had a crew at my house faced a lot of damaged tiles and prevented my roof from needing to be replaced, one of the most professional and educated roofer I have met takes a lot of pride and what he does thank you randy my wife and I are very grateful.

  I found a shingle after the high winds last week and called craven to inspect my roof, I called them in the morning and they were here that afternoon.
