This company has really gone downhill since Dan Kosterman sold it. In April 2026, I received a written estimate for routine roof cleaning for my one story rambler, which was already in very good condition. The company showed up 5 hours late without a phone call, completed the agreed-upon work, and I paid the full quoted amount the same day. It was easy work and came out to approximately $120 per labor hour for the time they were here. Today (3 months later) I was surprised when new owner Matt Lester called me to lament that he lost money on the job and asked me to retro pay more than the agreed-upon price. He admitted he was calling several customers to make the same request. Completely unacceptable! After more than 20 years using this company, I will be finding another service provider.

I was hung up on when calling to verify why a STRANGER was at my house and climbed on my roof. I'm all for local, but don't be rude when the cops were called in the first place.

Can't speak to their services, but wouldn't hire anyone with their road manners, they drive like they own the road, everyone is in their way, speed limits and stop signs don't apply to their drivers, especially on Crescent Valley Rd in …

Thank you for bringing this to our attention! We take safety, on the job site and getting to and from them seriously. Each of our vehicles has a GPS tracker. We'll determine which employee this was and take the appropriate action to ensure this doesn't happen again. Again, thank you, Captain Prax.

I had a wonderful experience...the scheduler was so helpful and the guy who came out to clean the roof was AMAZING...my roof has never looked so good. He did a great job at cleaning up all the debris that came out of the gutters...so very nice, polite and hard working!! would highly recommend!!

Dan gave me all my options regarding my roof and was at my house in two days to do the work. Very pleasant and down to earth. I recommend him highly.

We've been using Rooftop Services for cleaning and moss control for the last 3 years, and have been very happy with their service. We had Dan out for a relatively minor repair issue recently, and he had us fixed up in a flash. We're confident in their quality of service and professionalism, and are happy to recommend them to others.

I highly recommend Rooftop Services. I had a roof leak around our bathroom vent, and Dan came out quickly, was able to diagnose the issue, was incredibly knowledgeable, and just a pleasure to work with! We have definitely found our go-to roof company!

I called Dan when I was looking at purchasing our home that has two fireplaces. I asked him about pricing and the details of his chimney sweeping service. Not only did he have the best price around, but Dan honored his quote after we purchased the home. On top of that, he did a great job, spoke with us about our fireplaces, and made us feel like valued customers. I'd recommend anyone to give Dan a call.

I am a Real Estate Broker and I have had an opportunity to refer Dan to clients of mine. Without fail, Dan has been timely, professional and to date, everyone of my clients have been extremely please with the work that he has done. On top of that, his pricing is always fair!
