  They went $8000 over their bid! No one on the crew spoke coherent English. They wouldn’t let me talk to the estimator. Office staff were difficult they kept passing me on seven different people through the process. There’s absolutely no way I could recommend this company!

  Lesson Learned - use a window washing company to get your windows washed and maybe not a roofing company. My windows don’t look any better and there was a good amount of disruption done around my home: to my plants that were in the way of the windows (crushed), the hydrangeas (many broken branches and now leaning from long term pressure from the ladder being placed on top of them), and even a broken light bulb, I assume also from the ladder, on my hanging string lights…unfortunately none of this was reported to me nor identified as an oopsie, even though the light bulb remnants had to have been cleaned up and taken away because I only found fragments remaining. Needless to say, I’m rather disappointed I. This service and don’t recommend it.

  I strongly advise against using this company for  roof, sunroom windows, or gutter cleaning services. My experience, scheduled on May 1st before a surgery (which delayed this review), was exceptionally poor and frustrating.While the initial price seemed good (with a 10% discount for three services) and the office staff were friendly, the actual service delivery was deeply disappointing:Punctuality & Communication: The technician, Jarel, was nearly two hours late for the appointment and failed to call or inform me of the delay.Unpreparedness: After arriving, Jarel announced he lacked the necessary cleaning supplies for the roof and gutters. He left to purchase items from Home Depot, returning 1.5 hours later. He then claimed those products weren't strong enough and left again to get supplies from his company, returning after another 1.5 hours.Poor Workmanship & Property Damage:The chemicals used on the sunroom window left it in significantly worse condition, with permanent streaks and a white film.The chemicals also leaked onto my sunroom screens, bleaching them in several places.The shed roof, despite "powder" being spread on it, remains dirty and covered in moss.Unreliability & Wasted Time: Jarel left early for a personal commitment, promising to return. He came back at 7 p.m. but spent only about 15 minutes on the shed roof before finishing. He then promised to return the following Saturday at 9 a.m. However, he never showed up, and when I texted him, he claimed to be on another job. This wasted our entire Saturday waiting. After waiting until 3 p.m., I informed him we would not wait any longer. Given my recent surgery, I couldn't continue dealing with the issues. Although I paid ~$1000 for the services, I am left with a damaged sunroom and screens. I am writing this review now to warn others after I recovered from surgery. While they might be competent as a roofing company, I absolutely do not recommend them for any cleaning services they offer.

After reviewing the service notes and photos from your appointment, it appears the roof cleaning was completed, with the exception of a few repair areas that were identified and communicated during the visit. Our technician, Jerel, was on-site for over two hours and left to retrieve additional gutter polish from our office. We understand how this may have caused some confusion, and we apologize if that was not clearly communicated in the moment. Regarding scheduling, our team provides an arrival window rather than a specific time to account for varying project needs throughout the day. Jerel notified you when he was on his way and arrived within the expected timeframe. In terms of the skylights, they appear to have internal fogging, which typically requires specialized treatment such as wet sanding, polishing or replacement. As part of our roof cleaning service, we do include a complimentary skylight wipe using a non-bleach, ammonia-free product (SprayWay). This product is gentle and would not cause damage to surrounding materials. If any moisture was able to enter through the skylight, it may suggest a preexisting seal issue. As for the shed roof, the growth present appears to be lichen, which requires a more intensive treatment beyond standard moss brushing. The surrounding tree canopy may also contribute to faster regrowth in that area. We understand there were additional requests during the visit, including pressure washing the patio, tree-cutting, and skylight treatments involving non-standard materials. While we strive to be helpful, our technicians must follow safety guidelines and remain within the scope of scheduled services.   >>AND NOW FOR THE "COMPREHENSIVE ROOF INSPECTION" + "HOME CARE SERVICE PROVIDED" ? ROOF CLEANING: (Debris and moss removed, treatment applied, interior gutters cleaned out, roof inspected, grounds cleaned) ? GUTTER AND DOWNSPOUT CLEANOUT: (Debris and mud removed from interior gutters, declogged downspouts, grounds cleaned)** my take on this, based on the pictures taken (and my own video ) I will apply the benefit of the doubt for these people. The entire job was done in less than an hour. Asher and Zoeh arrived at 3:40 pm completed it by 4:31pm? Moss treatment applied, YES, but don't you just leave it there? instead of blow dry the powder? got home on Friday 3/14/25 the roof look cleaned but the treatment wasn't there? hmmm YES debris were removed on gutter but mud? The gutter when I checked today 3/18/25 still dirty. The dirt were just pushed into the corner away from the spout. And how did the downspout cleaned? no water flushing was done? to make sure the spouts are free flowing have they tried to flush it with water? Didn't saw that it was done. Just blowing it on the side corner of the gutter (main reason why I had to have the gutters replaced in the first place because of clogging) NOW THE WINDOWS FOLKS! I am willing to pay extra IF the quote of $250 window cleaning was done properly! Honestly I can do a better job than these young folks! DON'T SCAM A SENIOR YOUNG ONES! not all seniors are easy to get scammed! Jesus Christ! people do a better HONEST job! If I have the time to do chores around my house I won't ask for anyone's help, that's why you're there to charge us! Am I right or RIGHT! I'm always right! (If we're not doing dialysis, I won't beg for mercy from these "so called helpers") The back windows didn't looked cleaned!!!! huge MB window still dirty! Patio door is only one side was cleaned . OVERALL! the window cleaning is a scam folks, might as well pay a 15 YO teenager to do the job, probably will do a better job, I wouldn't mind paying a kid

  Our salesman, Dan did a great presentation reviewing what would be needed to complete our roofing project. Our roofing crew and our foreman Nick put on a terrific new flat top roof on our home. Our project manager Hunter was on the job site to oversee and answer our questions until the project was complete. The last touch was to clean our gutters of all the roofing debris and Cameron did a great job of completing this project. The scope of work that Valentine included with the proposal was completed and we are happy with the outcome.

  They did a wonderful job. I have cathedral ceilings. Valentine roofing found an issue with my insulation not leaving a gap for air flow. They had to pull all my sheathing and replaced after adding baffles in the rafter bays. The additional cost for this change in the contract was reasonable. The new roof is metal. The job was done in 2 days. I'm very happy with Valentine roofing.

  Thank you to Jeramey who did an excellent job this afternoon. We were impressed with Jeramey's attention to detail in doing the roof maintenance work and his attention to detail when it came to cleaning up before he left for his next job. The gutter cleaning/polishing was well worth it! Valentine Roofing has a great crew and Jeramey is one of the best. And - It was 90+ degrees this afternoon!! Hopefully, it gets cooler for your roofing & maintenance crews.

  I recently hired Valentine Roofing to replace my roof, add extra insulation to the attic, and install new gutters. From start to finish, the entire experience was outstanding. They responded very quickly when I first reached out, which immediately set a positive tone. The team that provided my bid was professional, kind, and thorough. During the actual installation, the crew was efficient, respectful, and did excellent work. They kept me fully informed every step of the way. This made the process incredibly smooth, especially since this was my first time going through a roof replacement.
