  Worst ever! Their roof did not hold up. Their saw blade came through my torch down roof and ruined my interior. Will never look the same. I would go with ANYONE ELSE! So much better companies.

  Jeremy was a poor representative of this company. I was referred to patriots roofing by a friend, scheduled a consultation. Jeremy was the sales consultant and was so rude. He handled my situation with such disrespect. I will go with some other company due to this. I hope Patriots roofing choose their employees wisely next time.

  Was warned about patriots roofing but decided to give them a chance. What a fiasco. Very unprofessional after wasting my time. They don't follow thru & keep u waiting only to have to call them. Cancelled & hired another company.

  They were quick to get a down payment but not really sure if they ever planned to start? After over half a year of listening to their excuses we got tired of waiting. Nothing was ever started at our residence in regards to the work we hired them to do, but we did receive a real fancy notebook of what they had promised to do. They’ve got a really great sales pitch man. They should give him a raise for building up such a shady unprofessional company. We were given about a half dozen start dates of when they would start “our new roof job” over about an 8mth period. We finally pulled the plug and went elsewhere. Tired of listening to the b.s. excuses from the office people. It was like night and day communicating with the sales rep to the office staff. It started from a couple weeks out, to a couple months out, to the point they couldn’t even give us a date any longer. So naturally we moved on cause it tends to rain here often in the northwest and we needed a legit professional company to do our roof. Not Patriot obviously. Total waste of our time and they could not deliver. Now begins the fight to get our deposit back.

  We hired Patriot Roofing because they seemed to be the best overall roofing company and provided the best solution among all of the roofing bids we acquired. From the initial consultation with Kraig, who was great to work with, he provided us with his vision and recommendations for our roofing project, which involved both shingles and a section of flat roof with a Duro-Last PVC installation. Our roofing project took a total of seven full working days, with primarily the same crew and production managers from start to finish. Overall, the crews were on time each day and did a great job with the shingle portion of the project. Our primary area of concern is the attention to detail with the PVC installation, as this is our first experience with a new Duro-Last PVC roofing system. Upon inspecting the completed roof, we noticed a considerable and alarming number of random repair patches in areas that seemed to have no rhyme or reason for being there, especially on a brand-new PVC installation. In some sections even a slight crimping of the PVC is present and visable. My analogy is that it's like having a flat tire repaired before you actually get a flat. It simply didn't make sense to us why these patches were necessary on a new installation. We understand and accept that patching may be required at certain seams, corners, and other critical transition areas. However, the seven to ten random, odd-sized patches looked unprofessional and ultimately became an eyesore, especially on a $50K+ roofing project. We expected a better-finished product for an investment of this size. We tried to think of every reasonable explanation as to why these patches would be needed in those locations, but we could only come to one of two conclusions: either poor installation practices and inexperience by the installation crew, or an attempt to cover up material defects or imperfections by salvaging materials or installation processes.   The entire team of Patriot Roofing is professional, courteous, and friendly. From the first point of contact they explained everything that was going to happen thoroughly. They arrived on time and had our roof replaced in two days. When they left, it was like they were never here. They cleaned everything up. They replaced our gutters. We did have one incident where a workers foot went through the bedroom ceiling. They repaired that and cleaned up. It looks really good. I definitely recommend Patriot Roofing. They are rock stars.

  We recently had an outstanding experience with Patriot Roofing and could not be more impressed with the level of professionalism, urgency, and quality they provided from start to finish. After discovering a leak inside our home, Patriot Roofing responded incredibly fast to inspect the issue. What initially seemed like a small problem quickly turned out to be a roof that was far beyond repair. Instead of delaying or cutting corners, their team immediately made a temporary repair to protect our home and quickly scheduled a full roof replacement. The entire process was smooth, transparent, and professionally handled. The pricing was fair, the communication was excellent, and the quality of workmanship was truly exceptional. Every part of the project reflected pride in their work and genuine care for their customers.   We are currently in the process of shopping around for roof replacement. I called Patriot Roofing recently and was connected with Patriot Roofing estimator, Kyle, who provided a very thorough and detailed estimate on roof replacement. My family and I were really impressed by the whole estimation process and wanted to write a positive review. He checked in with me and was able to accommodate to my work schedule by making a long drive to visit on a Saturday. He showed up, checked the roof situation of the house efficiently and we reconnected the week after to go through the estimate. Personally, I really liked the two-step estimation process as Kyle prepared the estimate with photos and all the necessary details, making sure I knew exactly what kind of work will be done, what the cost will be, what options are available, etc. Yes, it may require a bit more time, but main benefit is that both parties will have thorough understanding of the project, expected cost before and avoid any potential confusion later. And plus, they were willing to work together to make it easy in terms of scheduling on my end. During estimation process, Kyle definitely provided a relaxed but professional interaction, ensuring that we can take time with our decision, answered all my questions and I didn't feel like I was pressured with anything, which was really nice. He went through big and small details of the job like materials, warranties, how and why certain things will be/recommended to be implemented/installed, which helped me be confident about the quality of the work that would be done on the roof, and the estimated cost was competitive and reasonable. Highly recommend getting an estimate with them if you are shopping around.
