Phil and his crew put a new roof and rain gutters on my house and we couldn’t be happier. They were competitive on the price and he kept me informed every step of the way. Highly recommend you call Phil!!

Best of the 3 roofing companies I evaluated. Provided useful options without being pushy and remained responsive from the beginning to the end of the project. The installation was completed on schedule, and the debris was cleaned up throughout the day. Highly recommended.

Excellent experience having my roof replaced from beginning to end by Roofs Roofs and Remodal. Also, very important is that they are a local business to where we live which we appreciated. The owner Phil Koch, his wife Chelsie and his entire team are a great group of people and very skilled and knowledgeable at what they do. From beginning to end the process was by far the most seamless construction we’ve experienced in our home to date. From the very beginning, Phil went over what we should expect, including the scheduling and timeline of the project, options and materials, the steps involved in the project, cost, permitting and potential issues that might arise and solutions to mitigate if needed. He was also great at providing information and details before we even asked for them. He was price transparent regarding potential additional cost if extra repairs were needed and was explained in detail. Additionally, Phil and his team were kind, considerate, friendly, and always professional. He is incredibly quick with his response time over email, answering any and all questions that we had. His overall demeanor is relaxed and easy to communicate with. This is a good group of people and I highly recommend them. Oh, and of course the roof looks excellent! Also thank you to Phil for suggestions when I needed some input. It was much appreciated. I would highly recommend this company and just as Roofs Roofs and Repair was a referral to me, I would absolutely refer them to others.
