Roofs by Shiloh

The only one or two-star review we hold for Roofs by Shiloh.

I had a frustrating experience with this roofing company. The timeline kept changing, and I had to follow up multiple times just to get updates. The crew rushed through the job, and it shows in the final result. There are visible imperfections, and the roof doesn’t look properly installed in some areas. Cleanup was incomplete, leaving debris behind. I’m already noticing issues, which is disappointing given how recent the installation is

Roofs by Shiloh did a fantastic job replacing my hail-damaged roof! Adam and Aaron were professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process, especially when navigating my insurance claim. They even helped address damage to a few window screens caused by the same storm. The roofing crew was hardworking and respectful, continuously cleaning up throughout the day. One thing that really stood out was Adam taking the initiative to speak with my neighbors and ensure their yards were free of any debris from the roofing project. That level of customer service and consideration was greatly appreciated. I highly recommend Roofs by Shiloh to anyone in need of roofing services. Their attention to detail, quality workmanship, and commitment to customer satisfaction were truly exceptional.

We had an excellent experience with Roofs by Shiloh for our roof replacement. They upgraded our roofing materials and added additional ventilation, which we really appreciated. Their team arrived promptly and stayed on schedule throughout the entire project. One thing that really stood out was the level of service and attention throughout the day — the owner was personally onsite, along with our sales representative, Eric Jolivette, making sure everything went smoothly and that every detail was handled. They did an amazing job protecting our landscaping and pool from debris and were incredibly thorough with cleanup as they worked. The entire roof was completed in the same day, and the quality of work exceeded our expectations. If you’re looking for a professional, efficient, and detail-oriented roofing company, I would highly recommend Roofs by Shiloh!

Absolutely fantastic company. I thought I needed a whole roof replacement and they came out inspected and let me know that I only needed ONE shingle replaced. Now show me a roofing company that is that honest!

Adam came out to inspect our roof. Even though he found no damage, he noticed that a pipe was missing its cover and replaced it for FREE! It isn't very often these days that you get such incredible service! Very polite, honest roofer - hard to find these days. I would highly recommend Adam and Shiloh Roofing to all of my friends.
